I have just bought the slightly newer version of this saw. I live in Italy, so it came with italian instructions - currently in discussion with Seesii about getting English ones. I used it today to cut up some branches for firewood, and it is great! Battery lasted for ages and I cut loads of wood. Cleaning it and refitting the chain afterwards was a bit tricky, but now I have done it once it will be easy in future. Cannot recommend highly enough - great bit of kit.
Handy little Saw that Terry definataly good for the Plot or like yourself in the Garden sawing up for those small logs that you need. Love that homemade stand of yours grips the wood well and the safety aspect as well. Stay Safe, Barry (Wirral)
I'm a big fan of mini chainsaws. I love my EGO CSX5000 with a 24" bar; but once the tree is down; the mini comes in real handy processing the smaller branches.
I had many nights or days being called out to fallen trees and branches in the high winds and my arms were down to my legs by the time I was finished....lol. so a mini saw then would have helped on the smaller stuff, lots of logs still stacked up....
Awesome review Mr. Terry. Mine did not come with a chain bar cover. Also mine states it is an auto oiler and seems to do a fine job oiling the chain on its own. Never had to pump the bulb. Done used two tanks of oil so far. I put her through a major test this weekend. Have to say I am very impressed with mine. Good to see they offered it over there. Bill and Val was looking for one. Maybe they will see your video. Stay safe my friend!
Thank you CB and Rene and as long as there is plenty of oil on the chain then all is good. No doubt Bill and Val will comment in a few days. ♻️Happy gardening, Terry King.
I used to have twice as many at the bottom of the garden when I was on call, but we are slowly getting down them ready to bring some of the 5 ton stored at my dads Allotment that are cut into 1m lengths without knots in them. ♻️Happy gardening, Terry King.
Thanks Terry, this video was exactly what I was looking for! I need to cut logs Green mainly, with a minimum of 8' as I'm a wood carver. This saw looks perfect! Great review!
Thanks for the info. I have one a little smaller than that and it is great for cutting smaller branches. Have yet to learn how to sharpen the chain. That’s next on my list. All the best. Mags.
Nice Terry, be interested to see how it does over time. We had something similar a few years ago but it was good quality and ended up tossing it put after a few uses. Great idea to have in you vehicle. Cheers Jason and Colleen 🌱🌱🌱
I was told to use a mix of chain oil and engine oil for a mains electric chain saw but they are constant feed but if you have to pump oil only every couple of cuts you are probably right about about using chain oil
Terry, if you're going to be using the sawdust, in any of your grow beds, you should look into the Husqvarna biodegradable oil, made from vegetable oil.
Looks a good bit of kit Terry, i was looking at these recently, and thought one would come in handy for the allotment decisions decision's nice review mate 👍
I've just used this, borrowed neighbors. Cut some hedge to allow new fence panels to fit. Good bit of kit. I just took battery out, know it Def can't work then.
I would imagine so, Google the company and contact them for information, if it is within the warranty they should replace for free. 🪵Happy Logging, Terry King.
Hiya, thanks for the video I've got exact same one but it's called Giham and instructions are in French so I don't understand it, could you tell me more about the chain tension and how you tighten it I mean do you need to loosen these two silver nuts to stretch the chain or it suffices to turn the tension knob and tighten it, thanks again, top video!
Thank you for stopping by, they are sending me a long handle mini chain saw soon. If you have the knob and not the screw in ether case you need to slacken off the two nuts to tension the chain. Personally I also hold the tip of the bar up and then tension and then tighten the two nuts before letting go of the bar. Remember do not over tension or the tip of the bar will wear very quickly. Hope that helps. Happy Logging, Terry King.
@@terrykingsallotmentgardening Just a clarification - you mentioned in the video about cutting green wood versus dry wood - but in general is it easier to cut green wood than dried wood with this specific SEESI chain saw? Thanks for a great video!
You can search Google for more information, but during the war food became short so an area of land was divided into sections and that helped produce food for families where the men were serving their country so helped our country survive. Now we also keep them going to produce food for ourselves which is good for the body and mind. Each Allotment Plot cost anything from £25 to £100 depending where you live in the UK. You are not allowed to sell the food, any surplus can be given away. Hope that helps, but Google will give the exact details in case I have said anything wrong. 🌻Happy gardening, Terry King.

That seems to be a very decent bit of kit mate, especially for something so portable and handy.
You could use that all day Frank.
Bag up.the sawdust from your log cuttings and use it as a mulch for your blueberry plants to help keep the soil acidic Terry.
