Guess they are paid for there content and obviously keeps their business afloat as such. Just tried to point out the obvious and it’s why I have faith in the set up. 👍🏻

Nice to see a down to earth review without all the over the top promo.
I’ve been thinking about getting a set of 3 of these rods in 3lb tc with the Riot 65’s. This review has certainly helped me and shows you dont need to spend £1,000’s to get a decent set up. 👍

Hi Chris. Just a simple 10 min closer look at the rods/reels I use. Nothing over the top just the features and how I found them using them. I can't fault either product. Like you say less than £90 a rod and the reels £20/£30 cheaper than that you can have a big pit set up capable of carrying out any tasks you will need from your fishing.

Just ordered these, do you use the acs line clip or are they a bit hit and miss? Cheers

Great review chap, joined a syndicate and need bigger guns than my favourite 9' Extricators I use on the smaller venues I fish. This review along with my love of the quality of the Extricators has helped me make up my mind, so I've ordered a set of 3.5tc Extremis in readiness for the 2021 campaign!

Anyway to convert to quick drag? Also are you using the shallow or deep spool?

Great reels but got to laugh, the riot 75s would have been called a beach casting reel before the new age carp lads changed the names of the gear.
