Thanks Jesse , Appreciate your tips about relaxing technique may i suggest to make some more video : e.g about the mind set for an archer training , before , during and after the shoot

When I listen to the calmness in your voice, see the relaxation in the air in your environment at home, relaxing birds chirping in your yard, warm air and bright sunshine of where you live, even your dog is calm soaking it up; It's no wonder you can hold steady.

What about left shoulder blade? Mine tends to be forward and not toward my spine...so for me only my release arm shoulder blade moves toward my spine...is the wrong? Should both move toward spine?

Thanks for your tips on shooting . I enjoy watching you shoot as you really concentrate well. I'm a old guy getting back into archery some and had to switch to left hand. Shooting barebow now but may get a nice used Compound target bow .

The first 23 seconds of this video. After years of being coached and self coaching it was those 23 seconds that changed it all for me. I know from teaching different skills over the years, skiiing/RC Heli Flying and Fixed Wing/shooting - both pcp and fire arms, and being the student for all of those as well, that sometimes it takes that one perfect explanation or prompted mental image that you say, OMG!! THAT'S what I've been missing.
For me it was the slipping monkey bar fingers with the flat hand explanation that throttled my stubborn brain into wakefulness, lol. As we've all read in these situations, and yes, again . . . "my shooting has never been better since".
Just might be the right prompt for somebody else so I thought I'd pass it on. Definitely not a fly by night then gone solution for me as I've pushed thousands of arrows over the rest with my Stan Jet Black used this way and I've never been more accurate or consistent with a hinge.
I can't help but wonder if the Tru Ball Flex makes this method even more efficient or is just a new schematic. Any experiences with it? As always I'm eager to get rid of stuff that serves me perfectly well to buy more expensive items that might shove my skills into the toilet so just give me a reason to sell all my effective stuff and I'm on my way!!!!
All blessings and thanks Jesse for being a good guy and not just a pro!

Thank you Sir for your very explicit vidéo about the technique of back tension and holding the release. Thanks to you, I got the trigger for this technique , less stress . Thank you so mutch ! JYM ( archer from Réunion Island )
