How can you leave out KISS: Psycho Circus, a bat shit crazy light horror themed FPS? Or the Iron Maiden on Rails shooter: Ed Hunter that came with the greatest hits album of the same name. Could've been a top 10.
And about Journey, you forgot their HOME video game version from Data Age for the Atari 2600 which has nothing to do with their Midway arcade game. And if you don't have the instruction booklets to Journey Escape, you'll just think it's a bunch of random things that's very hard to figure out.
There's also the fact that the arcade machine, in addition to the standard chiptune versions of the hit songs, had a special audio cassette within the machine that played a loop of Separate Ways while at the concert! I learned about the failed experiment here on TH-cam a few years ago, having been too young to know who the band members were at the time.
There was also a version of the Journey : Escape on the Atari 2600 and do remember playing that as a kid. I do remember playing that Michael Jackson game as well, and it actually was pretty good.
The strangest example of this I can think of is Blade Runner on the ZX Spectrum. Not the film. The score of the film. The developer (some UK studio) couldn't secure the license to the film, but they did somehow manage to get the license to the score by Vangelis. I don't remember anything else about it, but the publisher took special pains to emphasize that the game is based specifically off the soundtrack to the film.
Rush and Iron Maiden are favorites of mine and why Dream Theater is my favorite band. No way you could go wrong with a 2112 or Somewhere in Time pinball machine.
@@angeleocorrodeadPsycho Circus is one of my favorite early 2000s shooters. Me and my buddy got it when it first came out. He's a big KISS fan. We both beat it. It has a good story and the combat was good, although the controls are a little clunky. But that's fine. Most games from that era are.
You picked the wrong Journey game. The very best one was Journey Escape for the Atari 2600! That music (don't stop believing) was iconic on that system!!
I dunno, I kind of love the OTT early-90s vibe of Crue Ball, and it works well with the Genesis's moody palette. On the other hand, the Aerosmith game is just hideous. Why did they go with such a painfully garish color scheme? Also, if you ever do another of these, don't forget about KISS: Psycho Circus. It's a Quake clone!
there's no videos about this mmorpg on youtube besides the few trailers. i'm subscribing specifically for that video. do that one please. please don't make me regret paying you in clicks smh.
I'm not sure he's "rescuing" them. First they hide, then he finds them, then they scream 'Michael' sounding like they're in terror, then they run away from him. I think they knew stuff then we didn't learn till later....
Michael was proven innocent in 2005 so we didn’t learn anything since nothing bad happened except for people lying about Michael for money to this day sadly

I remember the Aerosmith game. Pumped a lot of quarters into that game. Really liked Aerosmith music of that era, so the soundtrack was fun.
You are one of my favorite channels on TH-cam.
Keep up the good work!
Thanks so much!

Oh yeah. Like I said, got some good reviews!
damn that blues brothers map screen unlocked some memories. Was there not a ghostbusters game with a similar map?

As ussual. Nobody talks about iron maiden and kiss.
And Rush. Iron Maiden and Rush actually have some pretty kick-ass pinball machines based on the bands.

And kiss psycho circus
@@AngryCalvin Awesome! Another Dream Theater fan! 🤘

Frankie on C64 is awesome!
Omikron: The Nomad Soul... by David Bowie.
That face thing in Crue Ball looks like Walter from The Big Lebowski.
I love Michael Jackson’s moonwalker

EDHUNTER!
I played the Journey arcade game back in the day. I wanted to like it because Frontier was a great album. The arcade game was horrifically bad.
When I was a kid, I remember buying the Journey game... and I wasn't a huge fan of the band. Not one of my best childhood game purchases. 😅

If you are looking for a more unique title you should check out Quest for Fame
Journey had another game on the Atari 2600.

The length of this video is 13:37. Nice.
huh I always thought "Frankie goes to Hollywood" was a movie
Try bad day on the midway by the residents, it is very much not generic
I remember DEVO had some weird shitty point&click PC game at one point.
This would be a better video if it actually had some music in it.
No mention of the spice girls game
that was definitely NOT ronald reagan
13:19 bands and music are indeed a terrible mix 😂
