Love your updates on your Florida ghost. I think your observation about the neon pink petiole correlating with the white leaf is awesome too. Haven’t found that info in my research

I just purchased one, waiting for it to arrive in the mail. Super excited. Glad to see your post on them. What soil do you use? Is it best to keep in plastic pot or terracotta?

How exciting! Congrats! I use a chonky soil mix for good drainage and my plants are in plastic nursery pots and placed inside a cache pot or it's in a glass vase. I think it is really your choice of preference in the type of soil you use as if you use too much of a chonky mix a teracotta might dry it out too quickly.

If your looking for good lighting reptile UVB lights are amazing giving high spectrum almost sunlight while not producing to much heat should be minimum 1 ft away

Hi! Mine has no mint or white leaves, it already has 5 adult looking leaves. I'm pretty sure the stems look like yours. Some of my friends say it's just a Florida "Green". Is there really a florida green?

Hi there! That's a great question - yea I believe there is such a thing as a P. Florida "Green" it will have similar red stems as well but won't produce any white/mint leaves

@@zimcho5190 Yes there is a Florida green. Planterina sells them check out her channel on TH-cam. The stems have a hairy look.
