Hello I cannot remove my spotlight bezel to even change the bulbs. The bezel are sealed securely to the wall. How do I go about removing the bezel? Thanks

After the patch repairs did the whole ceiling get skimmed to blend it in or are the repairs alone good enough to not be seen once painted?
