Another great trip report Mr Do! Very impressed with VN domestic service using wide bodied aircraft! The meal looked wonderful. Wow, a hot towel on domestic business, you don't even get these on Qantas first class! Have to say VN service certainly exceeds Qantas or Virgin! fun fact, that when I was in Vietnam, I didn't realise that "BIA" meant Beer in Vietnamese, here's my admission, I thought it meant "bottled in Australia" haha! Your reports keep improving each time, well done buddy!
Hahaha indeed, BIA is a drink of choice on hot days in Vietnam. Asian carriers are certainly out to impress, hopefully I get to try more carriers this year. Coming up are Korean Air, China Airlines, Japan Airlines, and a few others. All first time for me as well so watch this space haha. Thank you again for your viewership 😃😃😃
Hey Dave, thanks for the video. I LOVE widebody on domestic business. Truly puts Qantas domestic business to shame. The "snack" looked delish !!! How does your transit to international compare to SGN domestic to international transfer.
@theGavinN It was phenomenal and only wishful thinking we have the same experience here. I prefer the transit at Ha Noi, Noi Bai airport as there is a free shuttle bus transporting you between the terminals. At Tan Son Nhat (SGN), you have to walk between the terminal yourselves (about a 10 minute walk)
Im curious as to how long these videos take to film and produce in general, seeing as how you release them weekly without fail. Which of your videos do you think was the least time consuming/easiest to create?
Hey, I filmed with a rough guide in my mind what the final product would look like, so it doesn't take too long to put everything together. Having said that, the most time-consuming bit would be writing a script that syncs up with the video. Hope that explains it 😃
Definitely!! But then again I must stress only one the main route between Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. Other smaller routes still get the narrowbody fleet. Apart from the difference in the hardware, the soft product and catering are the same. 😁😁
It's meant to be a refreshment service , i.e. snacks. The idea is you'd eat in the lounge prior to boarding. Nonetheless, full lunch is served for flights depart between 12-2pm and dinner for flights between 5pm-8pm. ✨️
Tuyệt vời ❤

@@davedotravel Thank you for the clarification!
Great review and defs looks like a bit more bang for buck on these flights than your typical narrow body domestic recliner biz seats!

I think that meal is inadequate.
