Wow! What a home...a room, a piece of art! But, I wonder, where's the car box?

There is a garage and carport at the back of the home off of the alley

I love, love, LOVE this house! It doesn't impose on the neighborhood, it doesn't look like a bland box and it uses the mature foliage/trees around it to its advantage! Also love the atrium and not sure why so many of these box mansions skip having an atrium, as it adds so much value to the home. Even though it is small, I'd probably live in that ground bedroom - to take advantage of that beautiful space! Or I might just crash in that living room! This is the best use of space I've seen in videos about houses this size.

Appreciate your feedback. I love it too. The home was designed with such attention to detail and thoughtful use of space.

@@livinginwestla It really was! It is a great model on using the space you have to your advantage, rather than plunking down the same design everywhere.

There are two off street parking spots at the back of the home off of the rear alley.
