I had an old label maker that was still going strong but lost it in a fire. The D410 is light years ahead of the older model and you videos are exactly what I need. I subscribed.
Just Subscribed/Liked ! I'm upgrading to this model of the Brother Labeler (previously had the Brother 1830) and after trying to make sense of all the literature, I was lucky enough to find your videos ! Great explanations and demonstrations ! I'm sure I'll be back here often!!
Subscribed & liked! The "manual" that came with the machine didn't answer my questions so to TH-cam I went and found you! Love your style (to the point and not a lot of irrelevant chatter)!
New subscriber here. I just purchased the D0410 based on your tutorials. I was on the fence with a more expensive one because i didn’t realize this had so many features! Thank you!❣️
Just subscribed, I just bought the D0410 for labeling my resale of plants in my greenhouse. Your tutorials will make learning the new labeler such a smooth tool. I would love to receive free labels if possible. Thank you
I'm new here. Thanks for the invite. Thanks for your help, I was really confused. Oh, I would love those free labels if possible. Take care and thanks for your help.
I have just subscribed and given you a thumbs up. I have recently bought this model because we finally wore out our 20 year old model. I am hoping that I will be able to learn how to use this machine. Without a manual (and even with the downloaded one), nothing starts at the basics and explains how I start or delete information. I am very frustrated at this point and want my old machine back!
Hi! Just wondering if there is a way to add more fonts to this machine? Also, if I connect it to my computer, can I use any fonts that are on my computer? Thanks!
When connected and using Brother's P-touch Editor you have access to the fonts you have installed on your computer - it's a pretty great feature. I found an embossing font that makes some fun labels. Thanks for watching and for the note label on!
The black ribbon on my tape is coming out stuck to the white labeling portion making the words or fonts print backwards onto the clear backing. So the strip/label isn’t coming out clean with black wording on the white tape as shown. What is wrong & how do I correct it? Should the black ribbon not be rolling back into the tape casing?
I subscribed, liked and am now watching to figure this label maker out. I have only used very basic printers in the past so need a little assistance getting started with this one. Thanks for the videos. The instructions that came with the machine are not useful for me.
You mentioned “ribbon” on one of your d410 videos. Can the p-touch d410 use the Embellish satin ribbon cartridges, for example TZERL34, or do those only work with the p-touch Embellish printer? Thanks
New user here with a new machine. I need the very very basics. Is there a video that simply demonstrates how to turn the machine on, type something, then print it? Nothing fancy, just the basics? Thank you.
Hi there! Could use some advice on labels! the object I'm labeling is very narrow (4mm) and curved and I'm hoping to use a PT-D210 to make it happen. Recommendations?
The 1/4" (6mm) is the smallest laminated label so you'd have to trim the final project with scissors to make it the correct size. But if it's a smooth surface, you could use the standard adhesive tapes....label on!
@@labelmaker Looks like trimming will be the way to go - but the curved surface tend to make the labels "ripple" as I attempt to make them lay flat. I'm currently using an exact knife to cut them and get them to lay flat. Any chance there is such a thing as a water-soluable label or something that can better form around the curve?
Hello Ivy. I subscribed and hit the thumbs up. I don't like to figure out how to use things with "Users Guide" and you have given me the knowledge to not be afraid of using it. True, I didn't get everything the first time, but I can always vue again. Thank you.
Oh. What I heard on your fabulous PT-D410 channel was, ‘and if you subscribe I’ll send you a free tape of your choice, yes, a free tape just for subscribing’ Thanks a bunch! Tom
Kinda annoying you rely on cutting yourself for not having so much margin waste. Why can't the "small Margin" be smaller, or there even be a setting where you have no initial waste before cutting your label. I always have to Cut 2 times. First the Margin, then it prints and tells me to cut my actual label.
Just upgraded to my third Brother labeler. Your video is very helpful in understanding the additional features.
Thank you!

First time user. Question: How hard is it to remove these tapes if I want to replace them?
Not too bad, if they're stuck for a long time you may need a little cleaner and rag to remove leftover adhesive.

Yes, you can use 6mm, 9mm, 12mm and 18mm tapes.
