It's spring! You may not know it due to all the snow over here, but the very beginnings of the season are here, and I am so pleased to share with you the two new additions to my family (some sweet little rabbits named Bianca and Bernard, do you know what movie their names come from?). It is a season of change, of a lot of mud, but hopefully... in a few weeks time... wildflowers!!
We live in Central Oregon and had snow and hail here today.I do so understand the longing for real spring weather and flowers abloom ! Love you and your videos and your sweet furry ones. :)
Absolutely precious and beautiful little ones!! I’m so glad to see you so happy, not only because Spring is so near but because that wonderful goal you and Luke have set to rescue rabbits…. Spring is also around my house. My daffodils have awakened but not in bloom yet. My backyard is slowly waking up from its long & nurturing sleep… it’s beautiful!! Every time the world stresses me out, about how I’m not measuring up, I come here to be comforted and told that it’s not always your big decisions that make your life happy and fulfilling, a lot of times it’s the small ones that you can make everyday 💛

I believe Bianca and Bernard are from the Rescuers movies. I have very vivid memories of going to our small local theater to see the first movie. My mother laughed loudly at the dragonfly named Evinrude when he got into the moonshine!
My daughter insisted on a rabbit one Christmas and of course, we all fell in love with him. He would use the cat litter tray and sit on her lap, whilst she read. He lived for 7 years and was quite a character. Thanks to a friend, we now have his portrait in pride of place.
I love your new bunnies Bianca and Bernard. I have rescued over 100 bunnies over the last 20 years and kept them all - could't bear to part with them! You are a girl after my own heart.
This channel is like stepping into a hobbit hole; it's a place of such comfort, warmth, safety, and wholesomeness. I particularly clung to it recently, after battling the worst toothache of my life (that ended with dental surgery), and it kept me from losing my mind completely. All your videos feel like conversations with a friend, and I want you to know that I am so very grateful that your presence exists in this world. I have also a bunnie from my neighbor they didn't want her anymore she is almost nine years old but the sweetest. I litter train her and she walks free through my livingroom day and night. Never understand why people dump there animals they are so faitfull to us. Now I will gave her the best time of her life we play games meant for dogs she is so smart to find the treat in games, so funny, and yes I spoiled her because she deserves it. As I’ve grown (I’m 26) I’ve learned that I love this time of year because I’ve found complete grounding when out in nature. I put on my boots and an old coat and walk through the woods with no limits. If I get dirty and muddy, I am happy. Some people despise the mud but I find I am so grounded when I get to feel the earth beneath me…even if it’s swampy.
The rescuers down under was one of my kids favorite movies growing up. ❤ They are now grown and gone with families of their own and I haven't thought about that movie in years, but the names will fit the bunnies just fine they are adorable. ❤❤
