    Very good information. I couldn’t help but notice that one guy does most of the informing and the other mainly inserts ad-libs.

    A brand new MLO all the way from Arkansas. I’m taking notes and pausing every so often writing down tips. I’m super excited to transition from a paramedic to loan officer. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to binge watching several more episodes. Super thankful for all the content.

      Weird time to be transitioning. Welcome to the industry. Ive been in the business for 16 years. No matter what is going on with rates or the market, just remember: "In the midst of chaos there is also opportunity"

    I think the information you guys deliver is priceless. The followers will grow, just stay consistent and persistent, and the hard work of delivering great content, which you do, will pay off. Been tethering with getting licensed as a MLO and it's all because of you gentlemen.

    • @shockwave9157
      @shockwave9157 ปีที่แล้ว

      To be more specific, maybe for a call center LO. I watched the episode that D.O. referred me to about call center LO. It was informative but didn't really go into the specifics on how to improve. Referrals are becoming a greater focus for us now even in the call center roles, as lead flow is slowing. Im attempting to do the 12 week challenge, however i am licensed in 25 states and am not able to meet with them face to face (so zoom only). Any types ?

    • @Gonnerman28

      By the way I did the FB post and got 20+ warm leads and set 5 appointments yesterday. That was gold. Another LO called me shady for it- I disagreed!

    Currently working as a mortgage loan processor but moving into the direction of becoming a MLO, would this transition be rather easy or would there be some differences that I need to overcome?

    • @TheLoanOfficerPodcast
      @TheLoanOfficerPodcast  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Iaeyt - thanks for the question! It will be easier than someone with no experience for sure. Just make sure you focus on how you will be networking in your community and building your referral network.

      @@TheLoanOfficerPodcast I was thinking amd I see a lot of New LO's that are either thinking about getting in the business or ready in asking about Compensation amd whats out there and what they should be looking for. Maybe a company that provides leads vs one that doesn't and maybe direct lender vs broker. Just an idea, keep up the good work.
