Great to see Julie's contribution - Great to see. You gave me some ideas and firmed up what I'm planning to take with me. I'm planning to get Corelle dinner ware as well. Also similar to your strainer, I'm investing in that silicone/compressible stuff for pots, kettle, containers (which will be microwave compatible). My Sandwich toaster is a microwave thing which I use now and is actually the size of a largish piece of bread. The only electric product that I will be taking is my pressure cooker, plus vacuum sealer (for freezing foods). My microwave is convection as well. I will have a weber Q baby. The only metal pans that I will have is for the BBQ - a skillet, a roasting dish. For my linen, I'm planning to get the microfibre products (towels, blankets, etc) because of their light weight, compressibility, plus quick dry features.

Thank you, glad you got some useful tips. Sounds great what you are taking on your travels and what works for you.
With the corelle dinnerware, I got mine from BigW when they had sales at half price or 30% off. Well worth waiting for them to be on sale. I have not used anything else, they are the best.
I think pressure cookers are great and only used the one that go on top of your stove, gas or electric. Have a great journey.
Thank you appreciate your kind comments, Julie.

Great in-depth video. Handy to know everything you've used. We are about to set up on our lap in 3 weeks time.

Ken and Julie. I have been following your adventures with interest for quite a while. Your information and advice is very handy. We have a MUX same model as yours but different caravan, and my guess is probably about same weight and size. We just got our car and van weighed yesterday. Found the tow ball weight to be 266Kg which surprised us. MUX limit is 300Kg. Of course van was fully loaded, which we don't normally travel with. We were advised to get air bags for the suspension. Was wondering what your tow ball weight is and how you decided to get air bags, and what do they cost. Noticed you store your jack under the seat which is above the axles and is a great idea. Ours is in the front boot which will affect tow ball quite a bit. Finally, shoe storage is my most annoying thing. They seem to be hard to store. Happy travels.

Hi Leon, thanks for the feedback, on paper, our ball weight is 254kg, it is a little higher, actual, about 280kg, so we dont put much on aframe.
We watched a 100 youtube videos on weight distribution bars vs airbags, both seem good and work, i just didnt want more stuff around the aframe.
There is lots of videos on weight distribution and i would watch a few and make an informed decission. We are happy with air bags.
We have mr airbags, was about $1000 with pump. Had the bags fitted in beginning, i fitted pump at a later date.
      Thanks for watching
