Stock the fridge is my favorite with drinks, water and snacks. I moved in from Maryland so many years ago and wished my realtor did that. We were hungry and thirsty in the new place.

Sometimes. I’ve gotten brownies, handmade crab sign, motherhustler crab art, Wonder Woman bracelet etc.
Don't ever give a gift, the moment you do, then you immediately discount your business, your hvac guy or plumber does not give out gifts when they do good job for you but yet you still refer out your hvac guy and plumber to your friends bc your hvac guy and plumber does great work, it is exactly the same thing. Now, what is cool is printing out the closing warranty deed and get it laminated at Office Max for $2 and your Buyer will think it is the coolest thing ever, they can eat tacos on it, spill beer on it, roll a joint on it if they want to, coolest thing ever bc 99.9% of buyers have no clue wtf a warranty deed is... done for $2... boom!
Respectfully disagree. My mom is a paint contractor, and she bakes and makes packages for her clients and vendors every Christmas. It’s not the “gift” it’s the time you take to appreciate people. Whatever works for your business. To each their own.
