    Very good presentation of Crystal Dream. I have a Bronze Age, which I love it, it is my one and only grail pen, I love writing with Bronze Age on Noodler's Blueback, very wet despite being an EF nib, and it is bouncy on paper... it is like I am riding a horse long the paper, while the horse was galloping... amazing writing experience with Visconti Bronze Age, the only downside for Bronze Age is that it does not have an ink window.

      Thank you so much for the feedback :D Noodler's inks are lubricated with added compound so this is why they feel even more wet than a wet ink - as for the description of the writing sample you nail'd it :D because usually I also find a rhythm when writing with these nibs , up less pressure then coming down a little bit of pressure to open the tines... and if you get this right it is like riding a horse ... when you have to lift from the saddle and then to come down with it and so on :D

    Congratulations Emy, what a fantastic presentation! Ofcourse, you chooses a beautiful fountain pen, but the way you brought it to your public, I think you're very good in this. I know, Visconti is your favourite, but even then you have to make a good story.
    I love the new version, with the clear ink window. And like you do, I like to choose an F or EF nib in my fountain pens.
    If I may, in the beginning of the video there was some disturbing in playing it, I think that was the editing, just a minor thing. I have enjoyed watching this video, and wait for the next!

      Hey Harry - thank you for your kind words and your feedback - sim still experimenting with settings for the new lens so i need now to bump down the Auto Focus speed to medium and make some small changes to other options.
      I give you a little insight - 2021 bring a lot more demonstrators from Visconti - you just wait and see :D

    Very interesting video! But I am partial to my Pen Venture Exclusive with the red demonstrator ink window. I've got the original 3 HS Lava pens but I may indulge in this one some day. Thank you again for the video Emy.

      There is nothing better than hearing positive feedback about one of me own creations :D ... i know im maybe being confident saying this , but i kinnda started the trend with demonstrator parts and lava - my pen was the first of its kind from Visconti in the combination of the two materials on the Homo Sapines

    Thanks once Emy for the lovely video. Loved watching it. I too love Visconti pens. The EF nib writes more like a F. Isn't it?

    • @pen.venture
      @pen.venture  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey K, thank you as always! The EF nib from visconti if its a little to wet - it quikcly gets to be a F

    Most of your Visconti reviews are done on EF or F. Probably a personal preference, but I'd really like to see some examples for us medium and broad lovers out there! :-)

      Yes - the name is very imposing and also creative, i just love the darn thing when the back end is extended and it shows the system in all its glory

    Looks good, although I think I prefer the original Bronze Age. I just like the simple design even if you lose some practicality. I just wish they put the double reservoir with larger capacity in the original.

    • @pen.venture
      @pen.venture  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hmmm - I don’t think it’s viable to use a double reservoir that you can’t see when you try to remove the ink from there and put it behind the piston, and also the Bronze Age has a inner tube which is made from a very rubbery plastic that keeps the ink from getting to the barrel walls. That inner tube doesn’t flow like when a piston is gliding on rigid acrilyc smooth walls

    Reminds me of the Nautilus from Jules Verne's books.

    I bought this last year in F and my nibs skips a little bit. Like once in a sentence on the start of the down stroke. So disappointing. It is about 2.5 more expensive than my next most expensive pen Pelikan and writes considerably worse. I have to figure out how to get this nib tuned. It is just sitting in storage until I find a way to get it fixed. If I write with it, I get angry at the pen.

    • @pen.venture
      @pen.venture  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Mark - i just checked my listing because i sold two and im sure you didnt bought yours from us. Anyway its not ok to have a skipping nib - I check and test each nib that is sent off and also perform adjustments. Please send me a email at penventure@yahoo.com with your details and im willing to take care of your pen cost free - it will be only the shipping cost till here and back.
