- While Robert Mcgaffin was on location shooting photography for WheelHub Magazine, I captured the day in video form. This video is an extended cut of the day complete with rolling shots and all the engine noises you can ask for.

Stunning. Those Pontiacs had a distinctive smell, and this car reminded me of the Catalina my aunt and uncle had. Funny how the brain works sometimes.
Pure sculpture, stunning beyond words. One of the most beautiful car designs ever, and only made better by Roadster Shop's vision. I can't stop looking at this car. Absolutely gorgeous.
Being a classic muscle car enthusiast, I’ve always appreciated the design of these years Pontiacs, have never really liked the look.
But this is the best looking one I’ve ever seen.
The stance and the larger original looking wheels set it off.
Great looking car!!
Thank you
Words cannot describe 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I can't help to fantasize about the stance of a 65 Caddy Fleetwood brougham, as I see this Jewel too..... Awesome!!!
Nicest 2 2 I've ever seen man
Absolutely Beautiful 💪💪💯
Superb.
"Is there anything you would want to change to this car?
"Yes. Ownership."
Hahaha😂😅. Nice
Sweet 66'. Never liked how long the trunks were, but this car pulls your eye into the next awesome detail.
Rolling artwork
Professional basketball players should love this car, good size for them.
Absolutely 💯 beautiful 👏 Wow. My grandfather would be proud.
I'm watching this video on my television so I click the thumbnail and at the same time I'm looking down at my phone. I look up and this black beauty is coming towards me. All I could say was "Damn!"
Unreal, very well done
And then God said, "let there be Roadster Shop", and all was right with the world
WOOOOW!! 🤯 She’s a BEAUTY!! 😍
I would like to say. Thanks for not doing burnouts, doughnuts and, any other childish act I couldn't think of. This is a grown man build and should be handled as such. Thanks again.
You sound boring
I had a white 65 Catalina. My favorite car of all time
Back in the day (67). My older brother had a 65 White Catalina 2+2, 421 tri power, 4 speed with 4.11 rear, white leather interior, loaded. The guy he bought it from had removed the engine and fully blueprinted and race preped the engine (port matching, headers, etc). That car was sooooooo fast and beautiful. IMHO that is the vitage car to build Pro Tour.
@@phillipmoore6295 incredible! I’d like to think it’s still out there somewhere
This is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen
Eso es un coche como esta mandado, ¡si señor!....I love it!....Cheers!
Super clean 👌
I USED TO OWN A "65' BONNEVILLE", REALLY NICE 👍... BUT NEVER COMPARED TO THIS BEAUTIFUL 2 + 2 ❣️
WOW!!! Love that color! And that front end is spectacular. Those stacked headlights are perfect on that car. Nice sound too!
That car is just so beautiful! Well done!
Tires, wheels, stance, flowing paint, just spot on, this big cruiser is absolutely stunning guys, it looks mean parked, love the double stacked headlights and the Pontiac grille, what a beauty, I was dying to see the interior.
So awesome
If ever there was a BOSS Car...this is it. FANTASTIC.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!
1000hp no joke… big black cat coming to get ya😂👍
Nice car.
I'd buy that car!
I'd drive that car !!!
Beautiful classic American steel. 🇺🇸👍🇺🇸💪🇺🇸
If someone told me they where going to put a lot of money into a 1960's Pontiac Catalina resto mod I would think you are nuts but this car looks and sounds amazing. It looks like a luxury version of a GTO. The key is to keep whats good and modify what isnt good and not go overboard and this car was done right.
I have always loved the big body Pontiacs, beautiful car !!!
Magnifique!

Perfection
love that car ...
25 years ago I tried buy one off an old man in the shop next to me and the deal was done a few days later he passed away and his wife took over the business she sold the business and everything in the yard and the car was gone a 65 2+2 Gold on Gold needed work but it was under an rv cover in the high desert of SoCal so it was basically perfect except it wasn't running which was no problem since I've grown up under the hood of Pontiac's since the early 80's even today it hurts this car is exactly the direction I was going to go in with it.
Ohh that indeed sucks man...,
This model is beauty.
Last night I also thought of a bargain I could buy about 12 to 15 years ago. It was a white Jensen Interceptor with some tlc, but had pretty good white paint. It had a small crash and needed a new bumper. I didnt have another garage space to park it, and was a bit low on money. But I could buy it for 2500,- euros back then... which nowadays would be around 40 to 50K in that condition... and 70K when in very good condition.... Dammn if we just could get more of these luck deals and actually have them.
This one i will give 100 percent approval!
I’m not a Pontiac guy but if I was gonna own one this would be it !
My first car was 86 Booneville.
Straight Ice
Oh my 😇
so rare and gorgeous!
I really love the stance on this car and it is like the big brother of the 65 and 66 Impala SS. If I was going to restomod this car I would go with the best automatic instead of a stick. I am really disappointed that this video didn't show the interior.
Manual is way better. Man can feel the car out better with manual. Plus it's quicker.
I have seen this car in person. It is just as beautiful inside as it is outside and the undercarriage is supposed to be just as impressive. 👍😌
Редкостная красотка
One day!
Prettiest American car of the 60s . This one would benefit from 1) The Parisienne Custom Sort grill , not the GrandPrix one . 2) the 6 light Bonneville tail panel . The rims seem too big , makes it look like it came out of a "HotWheels" package . Otherwise , the best example of this car in the world . Mine is teal with parchment interior .
nice car were is the engine?
😳 Dammmm!!! 😼 😎
Another fucked up classic 😒 a few months in my shop back to normal
I mainly own muscle cars but when i saw this i said godayum
Pontiacs should have Pontiac motors in them
Yours can

What is name of this model inch please?
😯🥴🌞🌞🌞🌞
beautiful car. no proper rubber on the wheels though...why is this so popular on cars. especially classics
My original has 2 side view mirrors factory i guess he spent all his money fucking up this classic and couldn't afford the sport mirrors
🤣🤣
🥲
Great car . . . but there is no such thing as a Catalina 2+2. Pontiac made both Catalinas and a performance model called the 2+2. There is not a Catalina badge or crest anywhere on a 2+2.
Per GM “The Pontiac 2+2 is a full size automobile that was manufactured by Pontiac, built on the B-body chassis. It debuted for the 1964 model year as a trim-only option for the Pontiac Catalina, with special door panels, bucket seats with a center console, and exterior badging. Pontiac marketed the 2+2 as the "big brother" to the popular Pontiac GTO”
GM built some BEAUTIFUL cars in the 50-60s.
now all they make are SUVs and trucks, YUCK!
Wonderful car, just the exhaust sound is not "heavy " enough... Sounds shit in my opinion
