im a viking player i love paying as the vikings cause it does much more attack and damage level would increase when you upgrade the commander to atleast lvl 10-11 and a pretty high counter counter attack damage and health lvl is higher and gathering resources is also higher than other civilisations.overall im one off those players who love to get power extreemly fast and that player that loves to plunder other peoples civilisation and steel resources and to me the viking are the best at doing all of that

I'd not recommend Vikings and Japan they have increased attack the purpose of Infantry units is for tanking so I think France would be the best as it has hospital healing speed but Rome does have speed so if your enemies for some reason put Cavalry as defense or if you're tasked in clearing out Cavalry Marches Rome can catch up to Cavs faster.

Try this brother trajan ragnar they will be a good pairing for buffig debuffing rally when doing rallies and lastly they can be good in openfield also by buffing debuffing on the openfield in other games i found this type of commanders very strong and he might might have low damage like what happen to trajan before but when we actually use trajan it turns out really good commander. Trajan bjorn a tanky debuffing march for i can picture

I don't think it's the best combo. U should rather use Osman/Saladin or even Baibars ,Saladin combo. And use epic commander's as primary if your Saladin isn't fully max skilled. But if your Baybars/Osman isn't 5xskilled then use someone that is. Joan/Saladin, or anything that give rage engine buffs to Saladin more uses of his Active skill. But those shouldn't be barb fighter's except Aethelfled is and exception. But if u use 5555+max skilled aethel, remember to give her 3 troop types so she can benefit from that dmg buff. Use about 1000 inf, 1000 Archers and rest cavs and Saladin secondary.
Health is the worst stat for special units and attack is the best for the same reasons that attack is the worst stat to increase the percent of and health is the best. You have very low health bonuses so those extra health points on the special unit will translate to very little compared to the amount of stats you will gain from the few points of extra attack. (+100% of 5 = 10 compared to +200% of 5 = 15).

If lilith add infantry civ with training speed bonus i would definitely change to that. For now i stay with Germany. But you can use viking civ for farm acc. 10% troop load is really good specially farming alliance resource center with fewer people in it.
What kingdom are you in? U could immigrate your main and farm in K75. Just if u are ofer 35m power on your main u need to contact migration officers, those are Ruz and Cortex in S~W alliance. So check those out. Or do you even play that much anymore?
