When I first started doing Bendable Body stretches I couldn't kneel on the ground and complete a series of 6 on one side for one stretch because my knees are in such bad shape and I'm inflexible from years of not taking care of myself. It's been 4 months since I found BD through a Gundry podcast, I've kept chipping away at it, started with standing exercises only. Just made it through this entire routine for the first time, down on the floor! No pain in my knees, definitely a stretch, and my form isn't great, can't lean back all the way so it's not as much of a stretch as Sita is doing. Never would have believed I could have this much improvement, though. Thank you

Just tried these. I am so stiff I had to use a chair to support me rather than put my hand on the ground. Will do again today! Will I ever loosen my muscles?!

I will try this. I can get on floor but left knee will not allow full stretch like Sita.
