Apart from the fact that Qazi Isa raised some valid questions about performance of the university being a chief justice he failed to maintain the decorum of his constitutional office and went to the extent of personally targeting and threatening some employees of the university in the presence of Pakistan’s President Arif Alvi and international academia mostly from the Arab world.
