I've seen so many barbers spray disinfectant on a pair of clippers & str8 cut a clients head.. didn't wait 10 minutes at all. The ultimate goal is to give the client a fresh clean crispy haircut and avoid having the back of the client's neck looking like a nestle crunch bar with those bumps. Great tutorial 💯💯
Young blood... you're a good Barber 💈 someone old school taught you the craft. You be on point. Word for the wise... don't sell ya self short... get what you're worth!!
Yes it's one in the same.. clipper cide spray will oxidize your blades( facts). I purchased a cheap bowl to pour my blade wash in..you don't need alot , just enough to clean the blades.
@@simmsluva9924 some barber's do it..but it's not sanitary. It takes 10 minutes for the disinfectant to truly work. It's a bad habit that most barber's do.. that's why most barber's have 3 or 4 clippers and two or 3 trimmers. Why risk cutting a clients head and risk bumping his or her neck up and your reputation being ruined . Quality haircuts will win over a quantity of haircuts every time.
I would stop and spray them soon as I'm done cutting and finna grab the trimmers to do a lineup. By time u finish the line up then spray ur trimmers and switch clients it should be right around 10mins
I LOVE HOW HE GOT STRAIGHT INTO IT

Some disinfectants can work in one minute. But I’ve seen the same thing.

Can you also take the clipper blades apart as well??
Is the blade wash a disinfectant as well or should you use both? I cut my dad and son's hair at home.

Why the T outliners get overheated after a few line up. Do it needs oils to keep it cool
When I spray cool care should I have the cool care a certain distance away from the clipper blade or it doesn’t matter ?
Yes... about six to eight inches away.
