That’s amazing, congratulations!! Disney loves a family legacy so definitely bring it up if it comes naturally! You made it this far and that’s a great sign!!!
Thanks a lot for this tips! After many years of sending my applications for a position at Disney and being rejected so many times, I will have my interview on Monday and I am really excited about it :D
this may be one of several videos, however you have given me so many great tips. im from the states and ill be doing a virtual interview soon, but seriously thank you! im usually pretty good at interviews, but like you mentioned, its one of my dream jobs. ill do everything i can to make this happen and all of the tips youve mentioned have been incredibly helpful!
I LOVED your guidance and insight in this vid 😊 just out of curiosity, once a candidate is hired, does disney ever do any additional training (teaching about a software, app, way of research etc.) to further mold them into the job description?
At 0:14 I immediately thought of the cat from Cinderella. Nice phone case! How did you know people from other countries have already been through the interview process and received their acceptance offers? Was it through watching other TH-cam videos, reading blogs or something Disney announced?
There are lots of groups on Facebook to join! There’s one that’s specially for Canadian CEP members but also some for international CEP members so I usually get all my updates from there!
The interviewer will not have your age, which is blocked by Walt Disney Company, so you can feel more comfortable with how old you would like to appear during the interview process. Also, you should have selected a second position that is available when they ask, because they can fill your information in there as well. The position you selected for the application could have more than one function and you will have to decide on the spot which one you prefer.
I feel kind of silly because I chose 1. Linen control, 2. Custodial and 3. Ticket taker The first two I have experience but the third I don’t. I should have went through the whole list because they have so many jobs to offer. 😞 If they ask me why ticket taker I’m just going to say I’m customer oriented. Just feel silly for choosing that option.
It can if the tattoo can’t be covered in that role. So I found out later that you can’t have a tattoo within 3 inches of your wrist to do merch as well. I think it’s basically cuz some merch locations sell food and you can’t have sleeves or a visible tattoo working in food. Hope that helps! 😁
I’m really not sure how things works in Disneyland Paris! I’m assuming you would have to have conversational English and probably French too. I would check out the careers section of their website and see if you can find more info there!
GRECIA hey, great question - you don’t have to have your student status form uploaded before the interview! All of the documents need to be uploaded well after your acceptance and they’ll let you know exactly when
I wrote down my role preferences in a notebook would you suggest bringing the notebook in and referring to it in the interview? like looking at the book for my notes just to be able to have a strong idea? (if that made any sense)
i would say don't refer to your notebook during your actual interview, try to have certain points memorized. it might come off as being unprofessional or unprepared if you're always looking at a book. before my interview i wrote a ton of notes and then basically had someone give me a fake interview and they had my notebook to double check if i said all the points i had written down. hope that helps!
Have a face to face interview on Monday. 😬 I’m excited I need to nail this! My dad use to work for Disney and I want to make him proud

Amazing tips! Just curious, does a tattoo automatically prevent you from getting a position?

Thanks! I hope my tattoo doesn't really affect it, I'll just have to wait And see 😭

my interview in 30 minutes HA HELP
hello thanks for this tips! I have a question that it's bugging me, is it mandatory to upload the student proof before the interview?
GRECIA hey, great question - you don’t have to have your student status form uploaded before the interview! All of the documents need to be uploaded well after your acceptance and they’ll let you know exactly when
You are amazing! This is the best video of tips for the Disney programs. I'm from Perú and I'm trying to apply, thank you very much!
Thank you so much!! All the best in your application and acceptance 😊
