If the weather turns against you, then Kedarkantha becomes one of the most difficult treks that you can ever do.
Temperature at summit reaches -20 or below , and there are sudden snow blizzards.
But the view is amazing ❤️

And we were in the same situation , a lot snowfall a night before the trek and uncertainty about the summit.
But we were also fortunate to complete the trek.

To anyone who is planning to do kedarkantha trek, I strongly recommend Himalayan hikers to you. No matter which travel company you choose: thrillophilia or trek Veda or anyone else, they all are managed by Himalayan Hikers on ground level. And trust me, they are literally have best trek leaders and best facilities when it comes to kedarkantha trek. I did it in February 2024 and it costed me Rs 7500 (dehradun to dehradun). Snowfall ke beech kabhi garma garam gulab jamun khaya hai? Humne khaya 🥹🥹🥹

Dogs are indeed a blessing for the mankind. Many don't understand, but just imagine, how much joy and motivation it gives to these people who are trekking in such demanding conditions. That one dog so easily trekked with these guys till the top. Nature is great. Animals are different yet so superior than humans in so many ways.
