    I’ve been doing too many exercises for about a month now and I’m still too week. I need help in maybe better exercises to do

    Once you begin losing muscle dexterity can you ever get it back?

      I actually have the same question for the feet... I have one that is dropping and I am affraid it might be irreversible...
