With those residential jobs, do you get tasked w/stump removal very often. Seems like the big orange wedge would be good at that.
its hit and miss, my logging pays the client, digging stumps is expensive so its all a matter on what they want to do.
We cut a lot of hardwood in the northwest, what we don't do is cut large stands for merchantable timber.

big leaf, middle of the road for hardness with maple, Gibson, PRS, Fender all use it for guitars interchangeable with "hard rock maple"
