Hi Isaac great knife skills for a young man your age but mate get yourself a cutting board as you are using quality knives, concrete is the best way to dull and ruin the edge. Squid tentacles are delicious too I really don’t understand why people are bought up to throw them away.

Could of used the wood a meter next to him too even tho it’s got cracks it’s better than ruining his dads 100 dollar victorinox knife
