Unmount / Dismount 18 inch tires from rims by hand with tire irons

Do it yourself video showing you how I removed two tires from the rims with 3 harbor freight tire irons (they're like $6 or so a piece).

You gotta make sure the loose bead stays in the drop center of the wheel. He was struggling so bad because he didn't do so.

If you're mounting/dismounting tires manually on a wheel made of alloy, chrome, etc it's a better choice to work from the reverse side of the wheel rim, like in this video. Any metal tool that is used will certainly damage the wheel, and you don't want damage to the front of a wheel. Unfortunately, in in this video, there was damage to the back of the wheel rim during the dismounting process. Sometimes you can use plastic rim protectors or tape to protect the rim when you're using tire irons.

I'm going to get me a set of these irons. So sick of paying nearly a hundred dollars to have a set of tires mounted. Especially when I already have the rims and tires off the vehicle.
