那你就错啦~越简单的料理,越容易出错!注意这几点,鸡蛋料理也可以很完美~
又经济又方便又健康的料理,用它就可以吃一餐啦!
材料 Ingredients:
【蒸蛋】
- 4粒鸡蛋
- 半汤匙的盐
- 半汤匙的酱油
*适量的炸葱和葱油作为点缀和调味
需注意事项:
*蒸蛋时候用不会漏滴的锅盖或是用一个盘子倒扣着蒸蛋的盘(防止蒸气的水滴掉去蛋)
*蒸蛋需要有耐心!水沸腾后才放蛋羹下去蒸,然后转最小火蒸20-30分钟~
*调味根据自己口味调整,如果喜欢咸味重一点,可以最后再加酱油~
【煎蛋】
- 4粒鸡蛋
- 足够量的食用油
需注意事项:
*锅子和油要够热,才打鸡蛋下去煎
*鸡蛋下锅后转中火,等鸡蛋冒泡才翻面(注意期间不要去翻动鸡蛋!)
*最后看见蛋白开始有一点焦边后就立即拿起!

You can only get crispy edges fried eggs if you use a,sang tik wok not a non-stick frying pan.Poh Poh's wok gives the crispy edges effect.

Yes steamed eggs are absolutely lovely. But what is Poh Poh's method of cleaning the bowl after we're done eating the steamed eggs? It usually take lots of elbow grease for me to clean up.
soaked the bowl for awhile and use the Stainless Steel Scrub Sponge for cleaning!
