About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.
Disclaimer: The information presented in these videos is not meant to diagnose or treat any psychiatric or medical illness. The inquiries presented herein are potent and can have powerful effects on the way you experience yourself and reality. If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc.

It was interesting for me to see that filters can come off one at a time. But with each one peeling away there’s an identity shift and a beauty with these intuited realizations.

It unfolded as suffering. I got lost in the sauce for like an hour. But when I realized what I was doing, it was instant. But it feels like a trick. Playing a trick on my own mind by smiling and staring at the sky like I'm happy.

Stop!!! What is going on??? I was just this minute out in my front yard looking around and remembering to notice that, without a mental interpretation, the pure visual experience is absolutely non-dualistic. Then I thought to myself what does this have to do with realization? I've been experiencing non-dual off and on for a while now but never thought to ask that question. Then I walk into the house, open TH-cam on my iPad and your video comes up. Whoa.

It's very simple (when you realize it)
Only physical pain exists (and the body will always handle it)
The mental gymnastics of ideas is what we call suffering.
    Suffering is absolutely not necessary.
When you have had enough of suffering, you will understand how not to pay attention to mental gymnastics. Over time, mental suffering will literally stop nagging you.
Then you are always in PEACE within.
Fear, desire, thought no longer have any attraction for you.
God is within - that’s exactly the meaning.

Another example of suffering caused by duality - in this case, the aspect of it that breaks the world up into objects - is that when we love someone, “we don't realize that what we're actually engaging is an object of our own mind… To love somebody unconditionally you have to see them, and that means you have to not see them as an object.” - Angelo at the end of the live Q&A from November

The dream of a game show where you picked door-3. It opens and you are standing there. Are you the game show?, the one who selected the door? Or the one standing behind it? None of; there is only the Dream…happening to No One

I wish I could figure out how to do shadow work, because I must be doing some serious bypassing. But the depression and anxiety I felt about how I may have been treated or I acted evaporated when I realized there is no free will. Can you be angry at a tornado for ripping up a trailer park? You can be saddened by the devastation, but harboring ill will towards the tornado doesn’t make sense to me. Even lingering sadness about the devastation doesn’t make sense. As Robert Sapolski would say, zebras don’t get ulcers. The lion attacks, they escape, and they go back to munching on grass.
…”the body seemed like a karmic wind-up toy run by all of its accustomed patterns and programs, not needing any attention in the slightest. It seemed to know what to do and did it very effectively and effortlessly. All conversations and interactions were merely witnessed as phenomena, not directed. It seemed like a strange vanity to have once believed that there had been a small self as the author of the body’s actions. In reality, the body was at the effect of the universe, and there had never been a doer of its actions. Phenomena were as vibrations of the mind that had no separate existence or reality. There was Allness only. Only that Oneness actually existed.”

Frustration from helplessness would be one way to experience a reaction. You can enter the work through the narrative. Speak it, write about it and investigate it. As soon as it arises in the emotional body, maybe try and stay with that, in the moment. And don't turn back to the story. ❤

    • @hansenmarc
      @hansenmarc หลายเดือนก่อน +2

@@indef93thank you for the advice, but I can’t even feel lingering frustration about helplessness. I believe the universe is deterministic, so it doesn’t make sense to get upset about it. Getting upset doesn’t change anything. I can’t get a grip on any negative emotions any longer. We’re careening towards autocracy and the destruction of the planet and all the ensuing suffering that entails? That sucks, but maybe it’s time the cockroaches had their shot at being the ruling species just like humans did long after the dinosaurs. I know I have limited influence over the trajectory of the world, and why should I be upset by the truth? It’s like getting upset because I wish the sky were green.
