The Mil Mi-24, named HIND, is a large helicopter gunship and attack helicopter and low-capacity troop transport with room for eight passengers. It is produced by Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant and operated since 1972 by the Soviet Air Force, its successors, and more than 30 other nations.

Best and most logical attack heli on planet. Its flaw is only a bit lesser maneuverability than Mi28 or similar ones. But is it that crucial?

I wouldn't say so remember it's a gunship/attack Heli with transport of troops that's pretty unique platform it does a lot of roles which means it's worth having in most militaries inventory if I remember over 60 nations have a hind

It looks cool but they are not a match for attack helicopters like the apache longbow
Which is essentially a rotary wing f18 as far as weapons systems and capabilities goes.
All weather over the horizon capabilities.
A tank batallion can be hiding in bushes over the horizon in a blizzard and the apache can kill them all.

Weapons capability wise sure. But a UH-1 is also not a match for a Ka-52 or Mi-28. The Hind is actually pretty good for its intended purpose, while being very cost effective.
