IRONMAN Zwift Companion | Road to Lake Placid: EP 12

Weeks 14 of my training journey to become an IRONMAN. Finally got the boys to join a Zwift companion ride to tackle "The Pretzel" route. Also, realized I am running the Jersey City Marathon next week.

Glad they have a protocol and clean it but such a pain for commuters. Either way, I found something else to do haha.
