Thank you! Rumi wisely said: "The wound is the place where the Light enters you". Our struggle must be not against pain but against the cause of pain, against our imperfectness and recklessness.

Pain has taught me to slow down, rest and just be. It has indeed assisted me in my ascension process.

Pain woke me up. Definitely got everyone and everything out of my life that wasn't meant for me. Been a spiritual awakening. And I will never look back. The pain is still there but peace is everything. 😊 Ty looking within is an amazing time thing

I live with a medical condition...
I live with a lot of pain when I am awake...
When I'm in a condition to sit for a long period of time, I read prayers from a book.
I also dictate stories or articles on my phone as I'm right now not in a condition to use my hands to write. This act of creation is more like meditation to me. Meditation as in, it helps me keep my mind busy and it is the time when I am not aware of the pain that I live with.
I have accepted the pain that I live with. ..
I also know that it is a temporary condition, but my love for creating stories and articles is not temporary but will continue. ❤
I THANK the channel God Within for guiding me and consoling me through the videos during my dark times or should I say the very blessed times of my life.. ❤😊

This reminds me of the saying, "Pain is necessary. Suffering is optional." Any pain we experience is bringing our attention to something we're ignoring. When we don't get in touch with what's causing the pain, that's what creates suffering.

To be an observer helps me to stay alive while suffering from severe depression. Im not what I'm feeling 😊
