You are going to be an amazing physical therapist. You’ll be able to empathize with your patients in a way that other physical therapist cannot. As you’ve lived through having to work hard and physical therapy even when it’s painful and difficult. I became a recreational therapist because of having all types of therapy do to having EDS. if it wasn’t for having an amazing recreational therapist when I was younger. I wouldn’t be a recreational therapist myself. It gives me a unique perspective being on both sides of the fence; receiving therapy and being a therapist. It definitely can be an advantage with needing to think outside the box to help individuals with unique circumstances. Because I’m able to think of The box in a way that other therapists don’t.As I’ve had to adapt the way I live my every day life. No shame in taking the extended college plan. It took me longer than most to get my recreational therapy degree. As my health made things interesting. It’s not how long it takes you to reach your goals. It’s about sticking to it and getting there.
I love how you decided your career the same drive drove me to pick my career. I have Osteogenesis Imperfecta type 1, which can cause hearing loss and that is why I chose to become a doctor in audiology
That is awesome! Check out the channel Chronically Unique. She also has oi type 1. She is super cool. She doesnt post often but when she does it is very well thought out.
It's always great to watch your videos. I dislocated my knee cap during my figure skating training and I've been healing for 6 weeks already. I had never dislocated anything before and it was the weirdest most unexplainable feeling, I found it difficult to relate to your constant dislocations but now I can't even imagine how you manage with that. So much respect and love!
i love your energy! you seem so comfortable and happy with yourself and we love to see it ❤️
your hair is soo pretty!! hope you are doing well.

so happy that you are back on youtube! Also, I love your hair like this.
Ok you SLAYED that look!!!
Dam. I remember when you’re first video came out. I had been Diagnosed for two years and had been in and out of the hospital(you made me feel so much less alone while I was missing out on school). You have changed so much on camera. All of your videos have so much passion and care I appreciate you so much.
Physical therapy is going to be an amazing field for you. I am going to work on my undergrad in bio for grad school as a PA, but my PT always try's to sway me into being a PT. Good luck!
All is possible with Jesus ,your a beautiful person Mickey anything you do will be done with love and true intent. Your a blessing mickey 🙏🙏🙏
I think you are a awesome person and such an inspiring person and thank you for your videos and I wish I had you Inspiron what I mean is your attitude I am 36 years old and have now friends but seeing you it is great keep doing what you do.
I love this foundation! What shade is yours?
I wanna be a medical researcher that way I can try and find a “cure” for EDS. I also chose my career path because I want to help people who are going through the same things as me. Also it’s not something where I am CONSTANTLY moving around so it’s better for me. All though it may be more difficult in a lab with a wheelchair 😂😬🤷🏽♀️
me too! i want to become a genetic researcher for the same reason :) wheelchairs in the lab will be kind weird though lol
So thrilled to catch up with you Mickey! Love you and thrilled this surgery went well for you, I've been praying for you and you really deserved some good outcomes sweetheart❣️
I really like the mini controversy palette but as a complementary palette with a couple of additional neutral singles (urban decay single faves: laced, half baked) or a basic neutral palette of any price point. I know a lot of people aren't cool with that and want everything they need in one place but it's easy enough to use bronzer in the crease and then the controversy palette just for deepening the crease, outer corner and lid shade.
Where the palette really does fail though is "my boyfriend's purse" because that shade SUCKS as a lid shimmer shade, even when wet. 😥
Xxxx take care and be safe xxxX
I want to do pt, orthopedic doctor, or medical research because I have scoliosis and I want to help people like me and find better treatments for scoliosis
Keep smiling
How are you coping with the covid 19 and self isolation
It is strangely fitting that you have a Blood Sugar palette.
omfg I also restarted criminal minds aaaaand I've been doing my makeup with all of the same palettes(minus morphe plus conspiracy) honestly have to recommend me myself & mmmmitchell palette I think you'd love it and the formulae is amazing.
Can confirm that you’re exactly the same off camera as on camera 😂
Your hair looks great!
I just love that jeffree star palette hehe I have like 5 of his and love them

Are you immunocompromised
Yes, she is because of chronic steroid use which she needs because she has adrenal insufficiency, or at least that is my understanding of it.
Yes her adrenal insufficiency, and EDS, and Gastroparesis make her immunocompromised.
ArmySister2 eds or gastroparesis dont cause immunodeficiency ! their meds may, but not the disorders themselves :)
slidesandspoons true. I was actually meaning the side effects caused by EDS and Gastroparesis such as malabsorption and malnutrition can make you immunocompromised because it can drop vital nutrients in your blood like iron which in turn effects the immune system. I have first hand experience with it as I have EDS and GP. my GP has caused iron deficiency anemia and other low nutrients which in turn has made my immune system lower than normal. Sorry if I wasn’t clear in my first comment.
I'm guessing you watch a ton of Colleen Ballinger and Miranda Sings lol
3:37 I find that hard to believe.
4:51 I beg to differ.
11:22 You??? One of the brightest lights on TH-cam???
I do understand people thinking that you're faking because...see the previous line.
12:49 I can see you just fine.
24:54 *hears the sudden sound* Really...?
That's the same makeup from The Hunger Games... lol
