There's no venomous snakes in Madagascar Nosy Be is a nice place with no real dangerous animals the mosquito is the most dangerous living thing next to the local lady's of the night lol
They come with a 48 hour guarantee, they have been OK with no real problems for the past 3 years as they were all really there when I bought them 4 months ago The cyclones are more on the east coast its usually just rain in nosy be in December to march
I have my brother in law living there to look after the place until its sold it's a bargain at $12,000 and to be honest that's a first price it can be sold for closer to $10,500
Very interesting, but i still don't understand the land situation. Totally dependant on that this is either a great deal or horrible deal. Must say though, gfs of mine were renting rooms similar to this in similar or same location for about 50k/month. I'm still trying to figure out how the landlord makes any rental yield on that given the (fake??) land prices at least according to the (scammer) RE agents around nosy be
There's 2 world's the property world for French priced in € then the property world priced in ar for the locals the difference is €250,000 for a bungalow or €25,000 for a bungalow that's similar by the looks of it I will sell my 3 bungalows for €11,000
@@passivenomads if only it were that simple. Because if it were you would obviously sell it to some vazah for a lot more than that. There is definately something going on but i need boots on the ground to fully understand it.
@@forgotmyname11 it's a real bargain imo I will sell it fast now I'm back in nosy be and the season is starting your comment has kicked me back into life I will tidy the garden and get it on Facebook market place for sale next week
No there's hardly any land on the island of nosy be with a full book. It comes with an acte de vente that can be turned into titre borne but only after the outcome from the old bankrupt sugar cane company, that could be any time between now and 2030 imo The land with a full titre and borne is costly in nosy be island
@Hanitra W yes but now I have built another 3 houses out of wood so the price will be closer to $15,000 I will have to start advertising the place when I get home it's a real bargain in a nice location
Thanks for sharing the info.
Still selling?
@@TheGrindcorps no this was sold sorry
Thinking about spending time in Madagascar. Is that area prone to snakes & or other venomous creatures?
