  • Check it out how local Madagascar people live.
My friend's house in Nosy Be Madagascar.
My friend is grossly underestimated the life expectancy of the would say it'd last for more like 40 years Rather than his estimated 10 years, However it will need a new roof every now and again.
He has a solar panel on the roof and a water pump to pump the water from the well to a storage tank, he has no bills to pay exept for his food and general life costs.

America (the U.S.) has plenty of trees. There's so much unused and unlivable land here that is full of forest, mountains and water. Even in the city areas there are plenty of trees and wooded areas. And yes we should plant trees where ever we can because disasters such as wild fires (due to dry land and extreme heat basically not enough rain in that particular area) happens, just as they happen in Africa. Peace and blessings.

Beautiful house. Takes me back to my youth. I grew up in a wooden house in South America as well. The most beautiful house i ever lived in. Makes me want to jump into the video and build one lol. Amazing content love to see how you're so easy going with the locals!

Very nice house, only needs a few planks nailed or screwed around the terrace and stairs cavity. Lucky him that his wife didn't take the house.

I wonder why he was reluctant to say ho much he paid for the building in total.
He only spoke of how much after you mentioned 25 (?) ,he said 30 (¿ million?)..anyway 8,000$ as you said if I understood correctly..
But are the comings and goings the mistakes on the materials, the different attitudes or customs of the workers, the delays because of.... are they reflected on the price?

the guy didn't want to draw attention to his house, by putting lights on it. I wonder who this guy is thinking of, that will single him out just for putting lights on his house.

This is if you know who to talk to for every single operation (flooring, windows, electricity...) and if you are a very patient person.
