My friend's house in Nosy Be Madagascar.
My friend is grossly underestimated the life expectancy of the would say it'd last for more like 40 years Rather than his estimated 10 years, However it will need a new roof every now and again.
He has a solar panel on the roof and a water pump to pump the water from the well to a storage tank, he has no bills to pay exept for his food and general life costs.

America (the U.S.) has plenty of trees. There's so much unused and unlivable land here that is full of forest, mountains and water. Even in the city areas there are plenty of trees and wooded areas. And yes we should plant trees where ever we can because disasters such as wild fires (due to dry land and extreme heat basically not enough rain in that particular area) happens, just as they happen in Africa. But are the comings and goings the mistakes on the materials,the different attitudes or customs of the workers,the delays because of.... are they reflected on the price?
