I’m dating a Scorpio him and I are so different but like you said he is not at all controlling very accepting and caring and loving but when you don’t set boundaries sometimes they cross them because they tend to have big egos or can be narcissistic. My boyfriend and I have struggled with him wanting everyone to like him and he’s naturally flirty so he didn’t think that flirting with girls was a huge deal it came natural to him because he likes the attention. Its a learning experience but when I bring something up that bothers me he usually stops doing it completely and respects my boundaries because he can see how it affects me. Even though seeing that he was being flirty with other girls on Snapchat for attention and not even wanting to be with them because it would just be complimenting a selfie he never tried to actively have conversations with them and stuff hurt me he saw how much it affected me when I brought it up and like he said he never tried hiding it and he didn’t because I would use his phone for music at times he just did it for selfish reasons it’s something that made him feel good about himself, I see him as a keeper because he’s changed everything to make me happy even his old bad habits, he’s switched colleges to be closer to me and he has started going to church way more and connecting a lot more to his faith we are reading a book called “if you really loved me” and it’s been helping us since we have decided to be chaste.

These are a few individuals who have had good experiences with a scorpio mostly basing it on the sexual experiences they've had with a scorpio. To most people it is suffocating to be with scorpios because of their over obsessive, possessive nature, and to add up to that they tend to control their partners too. I'm a Cancer and even I know I have a tendency to feel like a victim and play that role and I'm the first to admit/recognize that. I think when you're a Cancer or have a lot of water energy it's easy to slip into the bad side of that sign when you've been hurt, but it is never okay. As I've grown up, I've learned to recognize my past bad behavior and apologize for things that I do wrong and make an effort to work on myself. There's definitely a tendency to be emotionally fucked up when you're a water sign, but it's so important to work on your issues and not excuse your own bad behavior. Be the nurturing, empathetic, cardinal mother, not the grouchy crab! I have a Virgo rising with a bunch of 10th house energy, so maybe it's just easier for me to be self-reflective and be willing to better myself, but this is something every damaged water sign should pay attention to.

I know you’re talking about Cancer men but I had that experience with a Cancer woman. Once we were together, she seemed to hate my confidence and she always played victim. She was very emotionally manipulative and always tried to use excuses of being depressed and issues with her family. Turns out she was just lying. I’m a Gemini and I was so opposite from her but I was in love with her but she cheated on me because I wouldn’t act exactly the way she wanted me to. She lied a lot too. I never lied to her. I got really messed up from that relationship and it took me five years to heal and move on. Whew!!! Never again.

I later discovered he had some mental issues and trauma from when he was abused as a child, and people kept telling me to have empathy and feel sorry for him. What's so weird about cancer/leo relationships is that if leo was female and cancer is male it usually doesn't work out but a leo man and a cancer woman is a healthy relationship (i've seen that from my friends and well my relationship as well)
I've also had a similar conversation. It's has something to do with the fact that Earth and Water signs are female and Air and Fire are male. Subtle imbalances start to occur when you mismatch one sign with the wrong gender. :) Or rather that would seem as imbalance from the outside, it's just that the hidden qualities of a female Cancer will be shown much more openly through a male Cancer and so on.

Also depends what phase the scorpio is in as well. Scorpios who haven't grown yet are usually more manipulative. Those who have grown and matured are less so. A lot of the negative traits from a scorpio are a defense mechanism. It drives everyone out, it protects them, but inside the harder shell, they're usually quite sensitive/caring individuals. Most times Scorpios have just been hurt a lot so it's easier to push others out and not let them get close. Once they decide to trust and be loyal to you they're loyal forever until you break their trust immensely.

Ohh man my cancer ex was very emotionally and also at times physically abusive. He treated me badly and mistrustfully because of his ex that cheated on him, and didn’t trust me at all. I tried to break up with him multiple times, but he called and cried and made me feel so bad (just like you mentioned with the crying!!), like I was the one who messed up, and like I needed to get back together with him right away. Even after I broke up with him, he wrote me texts on my anniversary and reached out to my family over the holidays after I blocked his number. On the other side, my current Cancer bf is lovely. He is sooo sweet and loving and he doesn’t always live up to the cancer stereotype. We communicate our feelings often and he doesn’t get upset at me for crying or being emotional like the other one. He’s also quite adventurous and we love to travel together just as much as stay at home, cook a nice dinner, and cuddle with a movie on. So I guess it depends on the person :)

I’m dating a Scorpio him and I are so different but like you said he is not at all controlling very accepting and caring and loving but when you don’t set boundaries sometimes they cross them because they tend to have big egos or can be narcissistic. My boyfriend and I have struggled with him wanting everyone to like him and he’s naturally flirty so he didn’t think that flirting with girls was a huge deal it came natural to him because he likes the attention. Its a learning experience but when I bring something up that bothers me he usually stops doing it completely and respects my boundaries because he can see how it affects me. I think we all like to rebel against boundaries sometimes and he use to have a hard head, he use to want to do whatever he wanted and I would let him at times but there were limits, now he totally understands how his actions affect others and he’s learning how to be in an actual relationship since his last one never cared for his feelings and his questions or comments were pushed aside. Even though seeing that he was being flirty with other girls on Snapchat for attention and not even wanting to be with them because it would just be complimenting a selfie he never tried to actively have conversations with them and stuff hurt me he saw how much it affected me when I brought it up and like he said he never tried hiding it and he didn’t because I would use his phone for music at times he just did it for selfish reasons it’s something that made him feel good about himself, I see him as a keeper because he’s changed everything to make me happy even his old bad habits, he’s switched colleges to be closer to me and he has started going to church way more and connecting a lot more to his faith we are reading a book called “if you really loved me” and it’s been helping us since we have decided to be chaste.

There's definitely a tendency to be emotionally fucked up when you're a water sign, but it's so important to work on your issues and not excuse your own bad behavior. Be the nurturing, empathetic, cardinal mother, not the grouchy crab! I have a Virgo rising with a bunch of 10th house energy, so maybe it's just easier for me to be self-reflective and be willing to better myself, but this is something every damaged water sign should pay attention to.

I'm a Capricorn and my sis is a Scorpio. Let's just say, we don't get along.. For example I'm older and I'm very independent and she (the younger sister) thinks that she's in charge so she tells me what to do and it's very annoying. She's sensitive, a spoiled brat and she cries WAY too much about everything..

She was very emotionally manipulative and always tried to use excuses of being depressed and issues with her family. Turns out she was just lying. I’m a Gemini and I was so opposite from her but I was in love with her but she cheated on me because I wouldn’t act exactly the way she wanted me to. She lied a lot too. I never lied to her. I got really messed up from that relationship and it took me five years to heal and move on. Whew!!! Never again.

What's so weird about cancer/leo relationships is that if leo was female and cancer is male it usually doesn't work out but a leo man and a cancer woman is a healthy relationship (i've seen that from my friends and well my relationship as well)
I've also had a similar conversation. It's has something to do with the fact that Earth and Water signs are female and Air and Fire are male. Subtle imbalances start to occur when you mismatch one sign with the wrong gender. :) Or rather that would seem as imbalance from the outside, it's just that the hidden qualities of a female Cancer will be shown much more openly through a male Cancer and so on.

Also depends what phase the scorpio is in as well. Scorpios who haven't grown yet are usually more manipulative. Those who have grown and matured are less so. A lot of the negative traits from a scorpio are a defense mechanism. It drives everyone out, it protects them, but inside the harder shell, they're usually quite sensitive/caring individuals. Most times Scorpios have just been hurt a lot so it's easier to push others out and not let them get close. Once they decide to trust and be loyal to you they're loyal forever until you break their trust immensely.

Ohh man my cancer ex was very emotionally and also at times physically abusive. He treated me badly and mistrustfully because of his ex that cheated on him, and didn’t trust me at all. I tried to break up with him multiple times, but he called and cried and made me feel so bad (just like you mentioned with the crying!!), like I was the one who messed up, and like I needed to get back together with him right away. Even after I broke up with him, he wrote me texts on my anniversary and reached out to my family over the holidays after I blocked his number.
On the other side, my current Cancer bf is lovely. He is sooo sweet and loving and he doesn’t always live up to the cancer stereotype. We communicate our feelings often and he doesn’t get upset at me for crying or being emotional like the other one. He’s also quite adventurous and we love to travel together just as much as stay at home, cook a nice dinner, and cuddle with a movie on. So I guess it depends on the person :)

Gemini here who was married to a Cancer for 5 years! The beginning was exciting, romantic and impulsive until after we married and he wanted to become more like his not-so-admirable friends. He turned to excessive partying, drugs, lies, manipulation, egocentricity and abuse. His temper became so full of rage and he destroyed my things, as well as, big (career) opportunities for me. He never considered my thoughts or feelings about anything and I caught him on multiple occasions being unfaithful (although he denies it all to this day). I was in purgatory with this guy and never felt that crazy in my life as I felt when I was with him. Lol I'm a Cancer Sun and Moon and..... I just have to laugh. Bc it's pretty spot on yeah.
