The Power of Emotions: Dr. Marc Brackett at the 2023 AIM Symposium

Dr. Marc Brackett, Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, Developer of RULER, author of the bestselling book, Permission To Feel, delivered the day 1 keynote address describing the power of emotions. Using science, passion, and lively storytelling, he taught us how to use the power of emotions to transform their lives. We learned strategies for developing Emotional Intelligence and discovered how it can help with success and well-being in children, teens, and adults.
