I’m interested in learning about the different gate sizes you guys have because I need a swing gate with two doors but I didn’t see any info in regards gate sizes. I saw a picture of a swing gate project in Ventura, CA but there is no video. Do you guys have any videos of swing gates with double doors?
As of now we do not have a detailed video just for double swing gates. However, the double swing gate installation is very similar to the single swing. We do have technical support over the phone and we will be happy to answer any quotations you have: 888-615-5001
Hi, I'm very interested in buying your side gate but I have 15-Gauge Galvanized Steel Post installed with an ugly chain link fence. Does your company sells a side gate kit to install using the existing steel posts? I share one of the posts with my neighbor as a fence that devide our backyards
Hi, our gate kits come with the side posts as well. You will need to attach them to something so if there is no wall or house on the side of the existing gate you will need to leave the posts. Other option is to but 1-1/4"x1-1/4" steel tube (we sell it as well) and put in in the ground with concrete. Our side posts built with an inner tube to fit this steel. You can purchase the gates directly from our website or on any platform like eBay, Amazon or Etsy. alumission.com/product-category/aluminum-gate-kits/
Yes, you can purchase it directly from our website: www.alumission.com or any other platform like Amazon, Ebay Etc. or over the phone for more complicated projects: 888-615-5001
The Installation kit comes with two sizes for how deep into the frame the hole will be: 2-3/4" and 2-3/8". You should have the kit at 2-3/8". The 2-1/8" is the drill size. The new lock installation kit comes with two hole saw drills, one for the handle it self (2-1/8") and one for the latch (1"). We home that makes it understandable.
This is nice and all but for 3000$ for a little gate you might as well buy a welder and aluminums to build one and still saving couple grands and u get to have a welder at the end and the priceless skill u acquired. I can’t imagine what a 24ft gate would cost this is why I never heard of this company that’s building gates looks like ladders for easy access to the burglars. And the screws looks silly if u have to redo few times the y have hundreds of holes and it’s not even structurally built either
Our gates starting at $1,299. If you have the tools in the video you can definitely install it yourself or having a handyman do it for cheap. Also, our gates come in many different styles and design and can be without any gaps. Lastly, aluminum will last lifetime without any maintenance that regular steel will need over and over again.
@@AlumissionUSA not if steel is painted or powder coated they will last quite while, look at all the city benches and table at the parks and playgrounds that have been there for hundred of years. i'm gladed u mentioned steel is sucks compare to aluminum which i don't have any at my houses. but i just noticed yesterday that the steel gate at my house that's there when we purchased the property 25 years ago still there and was there way before i bought the house and it outlasted few people that i know. i think we did a touch up paint one time within that 25 years. i thumb up u for the infos though thanks. i do like aluminum sliding gate because of the weight so it won't fall and crack your skull especially if u have kids

At 10:39 he says to use a 2 and 1/8 inch hole saw. Right after he just said it should be 2 3/8. Very confusing. And likely in error.

honestly their pricing isnt bad and its aluminum. other companies charge way too much. ON average all companies overcharge by 2 to 5k
