I am so in love with Qi Gong. I am from Brazil 🇧🇷 and I've never heard about it until now 2022. QiGong really makes me feel well. I can sense the energy flowing through my hands and involves all my body. Unfortunately, despite I practice every day, a got ill. I am in bed right now watching the videos, searching how can I move energy lying down in my bed in order to get better. Thank you

I learned from my experience that food is the real culprit that stagnates and create blockages in the internal energy and most qigong practice do not address this appropriately since the predominance is given to movement. I vouch for qigong with my whole heart and will never stop practicing but I view it complimentary to my cleansing diet.. I was also sick and tired even after I found qigong - I felt energy when I did qigong but it would fade after a while without ever making me feel "healed" until I changed my diet.. I read a book called "mucusless diet healing system" and started incorporating more raw food and my bossy started cleanse and started to heal and now compliments that healing powerfully..
I hope my sharing help your journey too

Zhan Zhuang, standing meditation, only 5 minutes a day is great to move and accumulate qi, to dissolve blockages in meridians and get rid of stagnant chi. This should be teached and practiced as the very foundation of every qigong.

Shan Zhuang builds chi so it could aggravate existing blockages if you tense during the stance. Tai Chi will move the chi to clear blockage first

This is just superb, been searching for "learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Fellmeroni Rudimentary Chi - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.

I can add: i read that qi energy gets stuck and you get: Major symptoms: Anxiety and depression, insomnia, vivid dreams, headache, stiff neck and shoulders, easy to sweat, premenstrual tension, breast fullness before the period, discomfort or pain in the hypochondriac area (side of the ribs) and hips, bloating, sluggish bowel movements. Some people may have the following diseases or illness: endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, migraine, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, thyroid issues, breast cancer, breast cysts, uterine fibroids.
    To change it:
Lifestyle and diet: Suitable exercise outdoors especially in green environments is very important such as walking, slow running, yoga, tai chi, meditation or swimming. We also suggest listening to soft music. Avoid stress and slow down your lifestyle, talk to someone if you have some emotional issues. Eat more of the following foods such as celery, green leafy vegetables, lemon, orange, coriander, green tea, banana, Chinese white radish and carrots.
Also try what this video said. I will be trying since i have some of the mentioned things.. and i know its from qi( which gets blocked from stress, emotions, and no movement).

Lovely Video! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you thought about - Zenatthew Planning Paradoxal (do a search on google)? It is a smashing exclusive product for building your Chi energy without the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my close friend Aubrey at very last got amazing success with it.

Best qigo g ihave found for stagnant or blocked qi is the "ragdoll"type of shaking exercise.great to do this with the "post" standing meditation, which can build energy, the ragdoll can help move it.
One can start by using ones muscles and intention to shake/tremble one's whole body, later it is more effective to tune in where there is tension and let ones body release in sort of little muscle releases, instead of forcing it.
    Best wishes.

Thanks for the video. I suffer from a Chi blockade. Symptoms are fatigue, unlear sight, tired eyes, dry mouth and infection of sinuses. I changed my diet and started moving more. Do you think taking cold showers also will help getting the energy flowing again?

Hello. Thanks very much for your good channel.🙏
I have a question about myself. I am 33 years old and I have a severe pain in my chest and and around it for more than 10 years. This pain spread in both sides of my back and neck. Furthermore I feel deep weakness in my body and psyche all times. The main reason of this pain is sexual passion. I'm single and I can't get married because of this problem. When I want to make sexual relation this pain will increase intensively. I think it is because I would repress sexual passions when I was teenager and after that when I was younger. Also internal weakness because of some stress and anxieties in my life influenced this pain. I'm doing daily yoga and pranayama practices, self-hypnosis, going into nature, avoiding stressful environments and they are useful. I went to different modern and traditional doctors for treatment and ultimately I am being treated through acupuncture now for about two months. It was useful to some extent. But unfortunately my pain has not been removed. Please help me if you can.

Hello brother - kindly address your diet and you'll feel much better. There is a book called mucusless diet healing system.. Check it out. Also checkout youtube channels of "raw vegan" dieters.
You'll be amazed to discover how much of your challenge can be due to diet. Regarding the "passion' part alone - energy healing is a powerful aid. Qigong will help you build your health up but the switching to a cleansing diet will genuinely lift you up.

I am interested in this concept but I don't understand intention. To me intention means that you think about something. What do you mean about intention? What do you concentrate on?

    • @siiciitree
      @siiciitree 4 ปีที่แล้ว

Intention is your reason or motivation behind doing something. For example your intention could be to move stagnant qi and restore full health

Can do Hara breathing while sitting. And take regular breaks to move, stretch. Lymphatic dry skin brushing before shower.

      1. Get a foam roller. Foam roller your whole body. see TH-cam tutorials.
      2. Get an ergonomic chair since you sit for 12-hour a day. If not, your back will suffer badly.
      3. Foam roll your rib cage. This helps A LOT. See youtube tutorial.

Ah, I've been feeling stagnant for almost 6 years because of an emotional burden a white man left with me at an old workplace, he used some kind of palm technique to try and pain me but he is one of those who goes into sacred temples with chi cameras to steal these techniques for his own personal benefit and the demise of everyone he gives these burdens to.
