I can only repeat my previous comments, clear, concise, informative. Extremely well produced. I can only thank you for talented productions. Eager for the next one! O7 Cmdr
Still using this in November of 24. Thank you so much for such excellent and informative videos! We could use videos of this caliber for all of the new changes.
Your engineering videos are excellent James. Professionally compiled, they bring great clarity to what I've always found to be a deeply mysterious subject. I have made many notes and, knowing first what I want to achieve, I now find it so much easier to combine the best hardpoint mod with the most sensible experimental effect. Looking forward to the next one already! o7 CMDR
Really really appreciate that, Malcolm!! I'm so glad to hear these are saving time and materials from trial and error and encouraging new loadouts! Thanks very much!!
Tried the frame shift lock on mines once, ended up ganking myself with my own mines lol. Never played around with dumbfires, but I will definitely be looking into them now.
Great video. I echo the other comments about how well put together these videos are. Excellent work! So I’m loading out my trader cutter. My 4 medium hardpoints will either be 4 x pack hounds, or 2 x beam turrets and 2 x pack hounds. (with 2 x large multis , and a huge beam, all gimballed because it’s a cutter!). If interdicted, I plan to kill the pirate and may drop in to the odd Weapons Fire USS en route as well to spice things up a little. So, happy and willing to fight... But, I won’t be taking it to Haz res sites so ammo isn’t an issue. I’m thinking rapid fire pack hounds would work best for this situation. What’s your thoughts?
It still causes damage to shields, albeit minimal due to such high explosive resistance naturally. But it deals damage to the generator directly as a bi-product
Emissive pack hounds are very effective. They’re considered “unfair” in pvp but I figure if you jump me, you deserve what you get lol.

Thank you once again, truly. It's Commanders like you with comments like this that keep me producing!

Finaly informations without tons of jokes and stick flapping.

Yet another very informative engineering video!! Great work as always Flint!
You're too kind, thanks my friend!
Fantastic work CJ.
These are so informative o7
Thank you kind sir!
Awesome video. I’ve played for years and I still learnt tons from these videos
I'm glad to hear, my friend! We're all still learning, myself included. One of the best things about Elite!
Awesome work! Just the info I was looking for on mines. Thank you sir!! o7
Glad to help! Mines have some of the greatest experimentals, and are under utilized on most player trading ships
i love this guys voice hes like the "how its made" and "jauffre" from the elder scrolls oblivion
lets have a spacebeer and talk about oblivion portals
Great stuff. Glad your voice is better.
Thanks my friend! I can still kinda hear the sickness in my voice in this one, but it's intelligible, at least. Ha!

they're tricky yet fun utilities that can deal solid damage and disable modules, as well!
your videos are great, still looking for something for that dam class 3 on the vett
The video UI time-stamping (Chapters) is broken on my end.

Is the revereb cascade affected by shield strength or does it bypass it entirely?
It still causes damage to shields, albeit minimal due to such high explosive resistance naturally. But it deals damage to the generator directly as a bi-product
@@FlintlockEngineering So that direct damage isnt affected by shields, fantastic!
@@PetesCreativeRecycling correct! Only affected by the integrity of the generator on the target
But where when and who gives the shield bum fiddle?
