You gotta make a day in the life video JB! I’m sure everyone would be stoked to see what goes on daily for you man. Hope the surgery and the upcoming recovery goes well! You’re an inspiration!
The best way to get nutrition. nutrition ivs and nutrition injections myers cocktail iv, nad+iv, vitamin d injection, gluadathione iv and coq10 injection. way better then supplements. they been aroundd since the 1950s and thats what pro athletes and rich people use year round to stay healthy.,
The thing that caught my eye was the Fuel 5. I’m training for a marathon and as I up the mileage, I have a hungry like I’ve never experienced before after each run. I will definitely look into that... Also, this video is a year old. I don’t know how different your supplements are now, but just to add some content to your channel, you could do a supplement update video each year. Thanks Josh.
Thank you I appreciate the very simple way you presented and explained your supplements! That’s all any one wants is a not over complicated explanation so cheers to you 💪🏼🤙🏼👍🏼
" Just wanted to put it out there...don't forget to pay the man. " Classic, spoken like every instructor I had in the Navy, from Dive school on. Hooyah Josh !
Man, I am so glad that I cought your channel early on. I have been able to watch everything from the begining and am so hyped when your notification comes up. #paytheman
I hope you are doing some talks or something during your recovery, brother. You have a lot a great insight on living a overall health life that I think anyone can benefit hearing you speak.
Hi Josh, Hope you are recovering well with the knee. I have also knee issues and take as an additional supplement of the ones that you are recommending also Glucosamine (Triple Strength Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM Joint Soother) Just to keep the ligament fueled, maybe it is not too bad for your knee either. Pay the man! Cheers Levon
Hey Josh! Thanks for the video, informative as always. And thanks for acknowledging the fact that sometimes these types of videos can seem like a sales pitch. Do you ever feel the need to cycle off of the supplements for a couple of weeks or have you taken these every day for the last few years (with the exception of those few months in 2013 with the lactic buffer)? Last thing, these types of videos are great man, keep' em coming. Hope you have a quick recovery.
I love that little compound bow hanging on the wall. My kids have the same one. 😂 Dude that’s becoming one of your trade marks. Can still see the end of it on this video. Pay the family man.
I just placed a order brotha. Thanks for all the info. I hope you have a speedy recovery. Get well, take some Motrin 800’s, drink water and run. The military’s way of healing ANYTHING, LOL!!!!!!!
Thank you!! I've heard a lot about that product and I was going to switch couple years ago with it because been taking AdvoCare I want to change to X endurance. I guess I will try the Fuel 5 maybe the protein and we'll see what's the difference! thank you so much!
@@JoshBridges well I just ordered Fuel 5 and the protein mix. let's see the difference! Thanks Josh hope you're recovering well hope will see you at the games this summer!
Thanks for the content! I’ve heard great things from this brand, people at my box use it religiously, I prefer a different one, just feel like better results overall, gotta test stuff out just eating habits and workouts types.
Just ordered Creatine -JB and want to try it out. This is the first time I am going to ever use creatine. I trust your review JB. Also, I thought I scoop was 4g?!?!
Hello Josh, wish you a perfect come back and my question is that in your first video you were taking bone broth. Are you preparing this at home or you take it as supplement form? When you take it? First thing in the morning?
Hey JB! Trying to find what might be best for myself. I’d like to try xendurance products. Mainly curious your take on their protein. It seems to be a bit more expensive(almost double some brands) Why do you choose that specific protein? What have you found that is better about this or what have you found is bad about cheaper protein blends/brands in general? Or is it simply sticking with same brand thing? Curious to know your take. Sorry if you may have explained this in another video too. Thanks for taking the time for this! -Zack Sham
Great video as always, Josh. Do you think I can still train CrossFit for a few months until I can get weights or should I wait til I can get weights? Also, how much should I workout each day for CrossFit? Thanks. Pay the man.
Crossfit doesn't always require weights, look for workouts that don't include weights. The amount of time you workout depends on your own body and how you feel. Test it out for a week and if you feel good add in more
You mention you take the fuel 5 after every work out even if you do multiple work outs a day. Is that the same for the creatine and the protein?? Or would you only take that after one of the work outs ??
I’m all about the SOFlete brand supps at the moment. Best tasting supplements on the market. But XEndur has some bangers I need to incorporate, I see. Going through a new rookie class with the fire dept, gotta keep up with the younger fellas lol
In one of your pay the man vlogs you mentioned you don’t consume dairy, I mix my protein with whole milk. So my question is what do you mix your protein with? Water? Almond milk?
Bulk Supplements. Creatine is cheap and there is no indication any name brands or proprietary blends are any different. It doesn't matter what time of day you take it, it builds up in your body. Shakes are convenient as you are already mixing stuff, but it makes zero difference when you take it.
Just a tip regarding creatine. Buy the cheapest one you can find, which contains only „Creapure“. First of all it’s the best Creatine on the market. Creapure is a registered Trademark, and is only produced by one Company. So, every Supplement-Company gets their Creapure from the same producer.
Sups are such a jungle. What about zinc/magnesium, organic sulfur, curcuma, b vitamins? Furthermore I‘m curious if you have an opinion regarding CBD oil? You have tried it or maybe using it? As far as I recall it has been (recently) recalled from the doping list? Appreciate your answer and time. Hope you recovering well
Josh, what do you think about taking multivitamins and something for joint support like Glucosamin-Chondroitin? You never tried or they simply don't work for you? Thanks!
Hey Josh. Are you a believer in a daily multivitamin? I've been taking Thorne's Daily Elite AM/PM for a few years. Just curious your thoughts on them. Thanks!
Hey Josh, You talk about creatine usage also. Do have periods you dont take it or do you take it all year round? Cause long usage can be in a disadvantage for the kidneys ( research). Greetings.
Have you ever looked into antioxident rich foods? Supposed to help with faster recovery. Tohi drink is being used by at least one d1 football team. Just curious
Thanks for the information 👍 for sure I gona try it.. How often do you eat a day? Hopefully your surgery went well and I see u back out there as soon as possible 🏋️♂️ All the best #payhim

The Extreme Endurance sounds like just what I need .. recovery can be quite tough for this mature gal :-)
Hey Josh! I love watching your episodes, always so entertaining and helpful. Do you recommend Creatine for women?
Smooth is fast and fast is smooth I will definitely look at this product.

Love the creatine but Xendurance took it off of Amazon which was substantially cheaper than buying direct.

Philipp Koczera typically 3 big meals, plus an after workout shake. Sometimes a late evening shake if I’m feeling hungry
So, 5 scoops in one drink post workout? (1 creatine, 2 carbs, 2 protein) That sounds heavy
Wear a belt and lift with your legs.
