I used the yellow can spray gel to try to lay my wig for the 1st time today and I got a bad allergic reaction to it and I ruined my new wig and tore the lace in the wig 😞 😢. I’m glad you mentioned best not to sleep in wigs. They wear out faster and not good for the scalp, especially us with hair loss. If our skin breaks down then we can’t wear our wigs. I had high hopes this idea would work for me but I’m bald where those combs are and my fine hair is so blasted slippery even silicone strap I installed slid. WT? I’ve tried -It Stays-which is water base and it gives up before evening, then my brain wigs out with anxiety having to tug on the front starting to slide. I think it’s perspiration. I’m thinking tape. White girl vids are putting the tape on the lace first. Hard to explain how easy and fast they make it look. I do put a swatch of nylon on my head for scalp illusion. I’m not trusting slippery hair meeting tape, probably grab on like a sticky weed and never let go.
