Quick tip if you guys didn’t know.. for the lower hairlines on the side, put the tape on the inside of the lace so that you are able to adjust when you pull the wig down 😊

Except if the tape catches on the wig cap because it will be hard to remove the underside of the tape if the wig is already on your head.🤷🏾♀️
Glad to see somebody else with edges like mine. I se comments with people tripping about laying your wig further down or shaving your hair, both are a complete "No No!" for me. My wigs look a mess if I pull them down over my edges.

Oh no girl. Not on your edges!!! Pull your cap over the edges and put the tape on your skin and the cap. And for the shininess, they make a tape with no shine. It’s easier for me to put the tape on the wig and then put it on my head.

@@Blessedtruly3000 My natural hair is red but Ive rocked blonde hair and I’m still making well over $200k in accounting and finance. Currently have soft locs but yeah. Never been called unprofessional, literally have ppl hunting me down for CFO roles , and my headshots have had blonde hair.

Her edges are really close to her eyebrows. It wouldn't even look right if she put it futher down
Some of us have no choice because of where our edges lay. If she sprays alcohol on it and let it sit for like a min or 2 it'll come off super easy with no pull. The alcohol breaks down the glue.
Remove with alcohol and your edges will be safe.

Yes! It is okay to use tape if its placed on the wig cap, but if its on the any area of the hair, the tape will pull out the hair. Thanks for the video!!!

Good thing about hair, it will grow back, but when I use tape, I put half on the wig cap n the other half on my for head, then lay my wig down

It doesn't matter if you lay the tape on your edges by accident..as long as you use proper tape removal it will slide right off...this is coming from someone who did it and I thought my edges were....doomed😃

This video was silly because it didn’t actually show us a ‘close up’ of what the wig and edges looked like nor did it do a strong pull test around the edges to show us the strength. The wig looked fire 🔥 🔥 🔥 on her though!
