I want to build a wheelie cage into the back of my truck so customers could learn to wheelie in a safe environment. I think it would be a super hit with the Show crowds as an interactive carnival exhibit The motorcycle back wheel would sit in a Dyno-carriage so that would be rolling resistance. At a preset governed speed, a green light would notify the rider of the bike to launch the front wheel. There would be safety harnesses to protect rider and bike.
Great video Brian. You got to admit the low end torque of a HD is soo different then a japan's bike. I have a 2012 XR1200X Bassani exhaust and Dobeck AFR fuel tuner. 1 to second and 2 to 3, comes up just like you said 12:00 !! what a blast . Love to see you on it. U make it look so easy... Peace
I got an 07 Dyna and I'm out here by the Street Terror Riders, if you ever want to try it on my bike. I have shinko 777 tires so they stick too. It's Goldish color btw maybe you seen me around.

I see this bike has them so im guessing its okay as long as you set it back down with alot of throttle like you said so its easier on everything. Have you had any issues with the laced wheels?

Only a certain breed can wheelie a Harley. Its Definitely HARDER than a sportbike. Just gotta commit all your weight and thrust back hard. I only know maybe 3 other guys personally besides myself that can wheelie one

Man so much PTSD from that battery cover popping off 🤣. Just replaced the clips on mine, however zip ties were the temporary fix. Would love to try this on my bike, but am quite afraid to mess up anything.. guess I need a second bike to wheelie! Lol
My sportbikes usually have tire slip too so recently discovered that technique you mentioned of dropping weight onto seat. If traction control enabled then engine cuts when wheel slips but luckily it can be turned off.
Hey, have you had any issues with the primary vent hose leaking when rocking the wheelies? Mine keeps blowing oil out of its vent when I get it up to 12 o’clock.🤷🏼♂️
Now i wanna try this on the 114 Ultima that weighs almost a full ton with a huge back tire on the back and hasn't ever been driven a mile. Built custom by my pappaw thats in his 70s .
