    Great video! I just got an Explore Air 2 and one of the main things I want to do with it is make stickers of my art. This video is super helpful. I just fired up the machine for the first time yesterday. I printed numbers on HTV to put on a t-shirt as a gift, and then pushed the limits and tried to hack a way to print matboard in shapes as backers for vinyl stickers (for ornaments). The matboard effort was a bust (I got close, but not quite there). Then I tried using Yupo that I had on hand (it's a stiff plastic paper), playing with custom settings and that worked. Now I'm ready to try stickers to put on those Yupo backers!

    Great video ! I will tell you about my problem the other day, my cuts were so off, just crazy ! I cut, I calibrated and cut again and it was still off … then I was looking at my crazy cuts and realized I had put my paper on the mat upside down from how my Cricut had it. Totally operator error, I was trying to get more on my mat and had put my background “square” sideways and Cricut software put it for me upside down. So make sure you check the orientation of your paper and don’t be like me and assume 🤣 !

    Help! if I wanted to make a sticker and use the offset feature along with a kisscut, is there a way to add a circle around the entire design so the image cuts all the through the circle and the kisscut offset sticker is in the circle? Hope that makes sense.

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is but it gets a bit complicated. You would add the circle in design space and then make several copies of it laying them one on top of another. The Cricut machine would then make many passes over the circle and only one on your sticker. That would be a kiss cut around the sticker and through cut on the circle.

      It doesn't matter. You would just flatten the SVG in Cricut Design Space to be print then cut.

    Can you use these tips for care instruction cards?

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you want them to be stickers, yes. If you want just cardstock, I made a version of those here: th-cam.com/video/QEoSv032t1A/w-d-xo.html

    What setting is kiss cut on the maker

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is going to depend on the sticker paper you are using. Here I am using Cricut Printable Vinyl and the vinyl setting for a kiss cut.

    Can you please help me make stickers that are 1.25" x 3" using josesophia font?

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  ปีที่แล้ว

      I would add that font to design space and follow a similar method as I did here.
