Drew, very clear and helpful. In my long experience what matters most (to me at least) for a CRM is ease and speed of working with records and entering data. Do you have a video that shows entering data by mouse or keyboard tabbing, shows keyboard shortcuts, shows importing a new lead or contact (not in .csv bulk) from say a received email or from LinkedIn? I started with zoho because a client introduced me to it. id never had a CRM or anything before so I dont know how any of this works and am really really hating it so far. I can see that there is a ton of built in value, which is why ive kept it and keep trying to figure it out, im just frustrated with how complicated it has been to use. I cant figure out how to make any of it work together, so im really hoping that your videos will help get this figured out once and for all.

Also I'm trying to follow along in Deals, but it's not configured at all. Its asking, "How do you monitor your Sales?". Do you have a video on configuration? Thank you for your time!!!!!!
Hi there, just wondering whether u would be able to help answer a question of mine. Under the field layout section, how do u make it so that u are able to tick a checkbox and the field is able to automatically fill in with the relevant details. Lets say in this case when choosing the specific account, there are 3 different delivery addresses linked to it, how do u make it so that when i check the 3rd box it will give me the details to the 3rd delivery address for that specific account.

I have a client that brought ZOHO to me as I’ve worked with other CRM systems in the past and this is their preferred system they want to now move forward with. However, I’m not sure how the ownership or admin works if I set it up with my own email then transfer ownership like I have with other systems. Or, should I walk them through the setup process so that they’ll have to initially start with their own email address. My only worry is that they’ll have access to the system before everything is setup, I’m sure they’ll get email alerts about everything I trigger and test, etc. Any advice is much appreciated!

Focus on getting a minimum viable system up and go from there.
