    I'll try to explain myself better than the last time:
    We are selling multiple courses and our leads might be interested in a few courses. They are filling out lead forms from various sources.
    Each course might have a different Salesperson in charge.
    So, a lead might get into the CRM multiple times in various time period.
    Some of his interests might resault in him not interested and some might ba qualified for conversion.
    Also, we want the salesperson to see that the lead has/had multiple interests and their closing status/reason.
    How do you suggest to handle this kind of scenario?

    I created a different layout where I added different data fields, then made a custom list view and uploaded the csv and it loaded well, when I tried to do this with another layout or another custom list view on Leads, it's overlapping with the created one and the mapping is showing errors... how do I solve this issue? I took Layouts as two different tables where data fields are different, but when i upload the data, the data fields of one layout are overlapping with the other. Please tell me the solution for it. That is happening same with the leads table view.

      Hi NB, Fields are tied to modules in terms of data storage. Their visibility is determined by their layout and layout rules. So if your module has a unique field (like a contact email for example), that uniqueness is across the module, not the layout. If I set email in contacts as a unique field, I cannot have the same email in two contact records, even if they are in two different layouts.

    hi there! I work for a company where each user has access to the same zoho crm, but each one has a different use for it.. Is there a way to create a scoring system geared towards The phone per user? Call ratio, how long spent on the call etc? and how to create a pipeline geared specifically towards phone usage?

      Hi Ashleigh V, If you are using Zoho voice for your calls, then the Zoho voice API can help you pull the logs for calls and you may be able to work with that data. But we would need more information about your specific use.

    Does Zenatta offer real estate templates for Zoho One. In the integrations section of Zoho One there are a couple of real estate templates but they are for property management. We are a residential brokerage and only do real estate purchases and sales.

    Is there a video on how to add two contact owners to a contact in Zoho CRM?

      Hi AnimalsKingdom! Unfortunately, you cannot assign multiple Owners to a Contact in CRM. However, you can add a custom User look-up field that can be used to link the record to another user, and even provide them permissions to view/edit that record.

    Hello again, Q2: When creating a Task in a Deal, in my Task list later on, I do not see what Company the Task related to! I only see the name of the Deal. This must be a main reson to have a CRM at all, to easy see what Company is I'm in contact with / person working at.

      Hi Henrik. Unfortunately, this is a bit of a limitation in the Tasks module for CRM. Task records can be linked to a "Who" (ex: a Contact) and a "What" (ex: an Account or Deal).
      Oftentimes, we'll set up client scripts to ensure that all Deals have the Account Name as a component of the Deal Name for easy identification.

    Hello, I do see all my users E-mails however my users are unable to see the email I'm getting from my customers or leads. They do see E-mails that were sent by me but can't see e-mails that was received by me. Any help would be highly apricated !

    How can I find the pdf version of my deal in Zoho CRM?

      Hi Heather Dean, If you click the three dots in the upper right hand corner of a record you can use the print preview option to see and download a ‘Default Print’ PDF of your Deal.

    Hello! Thanks for your informaton. I have a Q: When we are trying to sell software to a company, we may be in contact / emailing to multiple persons (can be 10-15). I can't see a overview of emails to / from all persons in that company. I need to go in to each and every person to see when last email was sent/recived and what was in it. Isn't it possible to see all email corresponance to/from a company in a single view? (In dates order of course) Best regards Henrik Andersson

      Hi Henrik. Those emails should all roll up to the Account. They can be a bit tricky to view currently, as there are a ton of filters on the Account level (this is something Zoho is working to improve).
      For Deals, it's a bit more complicated. CRM tries to identify emails with "Deal-related" language to auto-associate. But, a surefire was to ensure that they're linked is to start your email threads via the Deals email related list.
