Based on the reports I've heard from other reaction channels, one effective way to avoid having your videos blocked is to put some sort of watermark or other overlay over the music video you're reacting to.

One of the best live bands ever, John Entwistle is a different class on the bass there is no one even close, the add in the genius of Pete Townsend the insanity of Keith Moon and the unstoppable force of Roger Daltrey's vocals is unreal. You got is spot on about them always looking to out perform each other, Pete Townsend once described John Entwistle as a lead bass guitarists, you need to do more live Who, some of the Isle of White Live gig it was an unreal set

btw, that there is the best drummer who ever pitched up a set o' buckets !
People like Buddy Rich, Alice Cooper, Rodger Daltrey, etc have all given insightful interviews into the genius of the late Keith Moon..... you've probably heard it already, but the album "who's next" (from 1971) is a good reference catalog to the astounding prowess of the late Keith Moon's drumming abilities. No other drummer did what he did.

She and the usual gang of JEM Reactions subsscribers have taken to getting together in the middle of the night (UK time) since the channel have been playing around with Easter eggs and finding pre-release videos that get uploaded in the evenings, Texas time. I'm not sure if they realise the Earth is not flat and that only Americans are awake and can play at that time, so it's become a bit of an America-only party over there for the first 8-16 hours, and I only see the videos after the initial party is all over and they are asleep themselves. Can't have real-time global conversations like we used to anymore.
It doesn't help that YT seems to have stopped posting notification alerts that work in real-time - I can only see personal reply alerts, and only then if I have Outlook open and Windows 10 tells me I've got an email copy of the notification - I've lost track of what JEM are doing and I can only really show up on time here on F&S because Ethan generally releases videos at the same time, and I'm all ready with my coffee for the release. You notice I missed this one for 30 minutes because it was irregular?
I recently reached out to Adam A in NY a while ago, as he had not been on either channel for a few weeks, and it seems the JEM timing was not convenient for him even on the east coast of the US, which is surprising, but he's also been very busy with college as well recently. He was posting here for a couple of videos last week and should be more free over the Summer I think. Brian B in San Diego usually shows up here at some point, but he's not been in the best of health recently and often forgets what day of the week it is even when he's fit! I think he's okay, though. He's a cancer survivor, so every day above ground is a good day for Brian!
I did post a congratulations message on JEM's latest Community post about Endeavor's graduation night - albeit I was 12 hours late in seeing the post. I got a few replies to my post from some of the guys, but it was all spread out over many hours.

This was the last time Keith Moon played in public. The last Who concert tour ended in 1976, this song was shot for the movie “The Kids Are Allright” in May 1978. Keith was struggling at this point to quit alcohol and drugs. He died September 7, 1978 at age 32 of an overdose of a medication that was supposed to help him quite drinking, cocaine and alcohol were also in his system. He died in the same bedroom that “Mama” Cass Elliott died in 4 years earlier.

Awesome! I watched this 20 minutes after it was posted (good job guys for getting it unblocked). I’ve seen it a million times, poor Keith; overweight, a bit slow and rusty.., and HE NAILS IT. The very last time Keith played drums in front of an audience with The Who- and the band deliver one of the most incendiary performance’s of their career AND it’s caught on tape. Keith left us with his head held high. I still get chills. The Who are my favorite band. Their studio recordings are part of the bedrock of ‘classic rock’. But their secret weapon was their live shows (focusing on the Moon era here). I’ll debate with any doubters that they are truly THE Greatest live rock n roll act to ever storm a stage. On an average night they were simply brilliant. Pioneering the loudest and finest sounding amplification systems on the planet, you had your “lead drummer” that didn’t give a crap about keeping time, keeping his eyes glued to Pete getting his ‘cues’. Pete did all the rhythm and ‘time keeping’.., John blowing em all off the the stage with his never equaled ‘Jimi Hendrix’ style bass playing. Then you had Roger storming around the stage, swinging his mic around like a weapon of defense against all the flying drumsticks and guitars. The sound of Rogers’ mic ‘whooshing’ past (and sometimes crashing into) Keith’s cymbals is unique to The Who. It’s the sound of chaos in a hurricane. THAT, was The Who on an average night. On a good night, they were transcendent, indescribable. The Who and their audience together as one ascending into some very rare air. There was real blood and guts on that stage and their fans loved and respected that. It was never scripted.., it just flew on it’s way. There was never any of that goofy Paul Stanley ‘do you people like rock n roll’ antics, where he grabs a Walmart guitar from backstage and smashes it every single night. By the 70s, Pete would only smash a guitar for 2 reasons; Either joy or anger. It was spontaneously done with priceless custom built guitars. If he was angry he would tear an entire stage up with his guitar. Raw and real. The Who were a great band. But what made them ‘The Greatest Rock and Roll Band in the World’ was their live performances. We need younger guys like ETHAN to keep that flag flying. Not enough people request em..? I realize this channel is for a broad audience (not just me), but in a short while (when I catch my breath lol), I’m gonna forward 3 links, 3 fine performances showcasing 3 distinct ‘phases’ of the Moon era. Start with the oldest going forward to watch their ‘evolution’ or just pick any one... if I’m wrong.., then don’t watch the other 2. I’m hoping to surprise Larry as well, he’s a hard mark lol. Challenge...? Accepted..? I’ll forward the links shortly, sry for the novel, not sry for my enthusiasm for The Who. Keep up the good work guys, thx and be well.

@@fatherandsonreactions Thx for the reply, I just hope I’m not driving both of you nuts lol. 3 links (if they don’t immediately appear check back, they’ll be here). First- Woodstock 1969; forget that horribly shot ‘Pinball Wizard’ video you watched. THIS is what they were about at Woodstock. The video cuts right into the closing instrumental portion of ‘Amazing Journey’ transitioning into another instrumental, ‘Sparks’. Only 4 guys up there making all that deafening noise. Watch Pete absolutely torture his guitar, then he punches at it..?! when it starts to squeal! th-cam.com/video/vHpdcMXJj7Q/w-d-xo.html. Next is ‘Drowned’ from the legendary 1974 Charlton show. The Who headlined an all day event at the Charlton football stadium in England. Limited by the Fire Marshall to around 70, 000 tickets, it’s well know that the promoters crammed the venue with close to 100,000 fans. The Who were unrehearsed, ragged and sloppy. Pete was so drunk he still claims to have no memory of the show. Yet they put on an ear shattering stunner. Look for the explosive guitar drum interplay between Pete and Keith. th-cam.com/video/uOzb8otdJQU/w-d-xo.html
Finally, a 1978 live studio run through of the brand new ‘Who Are You’. One of Keith’s final times behind the drums. Good noise and good fun. th-cam.com/video/PNbBDrceCy8/w-d-xo.html
I’m a bit lol, obsessed with them. And you’re entertaining my obsession which is a bad move on your part lol. Hopefully you get to these, if not I’ll still be watching the channel. I live up in Sussex NJ btw. I think Larry said you guys are down in the Pines somewhere.., cool either way. If I were you.., I’d sneak these in on ur dad. ‘Hey WhoGuy.., young Ethan is about to blow ur mind’ lol. Your dad is great btw. Just hoping to maybe “get you in” on what The Who were really all about. Thx for the conversation, enjoy, be well, be safe✌️

But you’re absolutely correct. This song “The” rock anthem. And very political. Tells it like it is and always will be. I was lucky to see them 5 times in my lifetime with the first in 1970. I have permanent hearing loss 😂. And I took my daughter and son to their first concert with The Who’s final tour.

Funny thing is I'm not a WHO fan but this is one of my favourite WHO songs. An epic song that could only be performed by these four legends. The pure energy of Pete Townsend's guitar work, who I believe invented the power chord. The magnificent and intricate bass playing of John Entwistle who seems to play more notes than Townsend. The glorious vocal talent and charisma of Roger Daltry who sings like his life depends on it. And of course the late great Keith Moon, who's power house drum playing was truly exceptional. Look at him here. Headphones on. Listening. Getting everything right. Brilliant drummer. Love this one guys. james:)

Told you guys this before, but you really should check out The Real Me, it has probably the most grooviest bass of all Who songs, I could be wrong, but still worth a reaction to it. Listen to this, Pete Townsend was once tells story of how the band had left a hotel and maybe a few miles away, Keith was saying that forgot something at the hotel and needs to go back....so they turned back and Kieth goes back in the hotel while the rest stay in the vehicle, after he came back, they asked what he had forgotten....Keith replied he forgot to smash the TV in their room!!! Haha

The funny thing about this performance is that, while live, it was "staged" specifically for the film "The Kids are Alright". It wasn't shot at a "real" concert. That's why the crowd reactions seem a bit subdued. There wasn't much of a crowd there,

While The Who was recording this concert at Shepperton Studios the movie Alien was being filmed in the studio next door. The cast and crew from Alien came over to watch The Who perform. They loved the laser light show so much at the end of Won't Get Fooled Again they actually borrowed the laser lights and used them in the movie Alien. So the next time you see the movie keep an eye out for the lasers The Who lent to them.
