The only Dog shelter in Kurdistan

You can contact 'Animals of Kurdistan' on Facebook at AnimalFriendsOfKurdistan/
All donations are accepted and will be picked up for use in the shelter. They are in particular need of Chicken, rice, dry food, blankets, dog food bowls, metal buckets and other items which are listed on their Facebook page.
The Erbil Animal Shelter also welcomes visitors and volunteers, and you can find their address on google maps by typing in 'Erbil Animal Shelter'. It is about 5-10 minutes down Mosul Road from where Ace Hardware is located. It is recommended to call or message the Facebook page ahead of your visit.
