Happy Sunday Joe. Where you’re standing for the intro looks nice. Unique front elevation. You said 4200 sq ft then every bedroom should have its own en-suite 🤷🏻♀️. Unusual layout. Dont like the kitchen visible smack in the middle on entry. Appreciate the 1/2 bath next to the family room to the right. Beautiful staircase. Beautiful kitchen. That’s the biggest pantry I’ve seen. Like the wine. Like the formal dining room and sitting area for a 🍸before dinner. Like the formal living room for adults. Kids can be in the family room upfront. Beautiful backyard but give me all pavers or tiles. Don’t need all that grass 😂. Huge 1st floor bedroom & ensuite 👍🏼. Beautiful shared bath for the next 2 bedrooms. These bedrooms are large enough to scale back and every bedroom has its own en-suite. Perfect laundry 🧺 room with sink/countet/cabinets. Big loft but not needed. Love the huge primary on the other side. Although the tub is huge and deep, prefer no tub and a super sized shower. Love the horseshoe driveway. The dock across the street? So does that land come with and belong to the homeowner? Joe this is a grand renovation for this home built in the 80’s. I don’t like the kitchen in view on entry but could get over that 😂. Seeing the whole home; the layout works. Thanks for the tour.
Hello Cydney!! This home was built in the 1980's, hence the cool or unusual layout. But there's so much to love about this home. I was honestly blown away by the architecture. I would say my only gripe is that some of the areas were a little over 8', it would have been perfect at 9' or more. Thank you always for watching and your comments!!
I like this house. But what I don’t like is how they did the grass in the back. I dont mind fake grass (low maintenance). And I don’t mind real grass. But this remodelers couldn’t get their act together. In the back yard the have fake grass with real grass. Meaning you have to get your lawn mower out to cut those tiny patches risking ruining the fake grass that buttresses up against it. Stupid. And the windows. Where are the blinds for privacy and to keep the blaring FL sun out?

I know!! it's amazing!! Hi Dulce!
Too modern for me
It is pretty modern, but has a warmer feel than most modern homes. Thanks for watching!
This house is missing the warmth that should have they tried to make it look modern when it’s not
