She "ate" her brother's soul ( supposed to be a tenacious one..) and "drew comics to amuse herself". It foreshadows that That version of her would end Lord English, not so much predominate since that necessitated Calliope finding her spot in paradox space hidden in Echinda's Lair. Caliborn won because her aggravated his sister until she gave up. Considering that we've seen versions of the Felt sporting both pointed and rounded hats i'd say Caliborn's "joke" about switching the chess pieces to beat his sister has some more subtly to it.

As for the other crazy stuff, that glowing woven circle thing is a Kernelsprite, the green guy and all of the others play this game, normally, you put something inside the kernelsprite before entering and it customizes your game session for you, either increasing or decreasing the power of enemies in the process. 4. The game is, broadly speaking, a cooperative effort to create a new universe. The grey horned creatures are Trolls, who played the game twice, the first time they failed, and had to reset their session and universe. The second time around, their victory was guaranteed, but came saddled with the creation of the adult version of the green skull guy. Humans, and their universe, are the product of the one successful Toll session. 5. Because Green Guy killed his cohabitator, the only other player of his session, his kernelsprite instead became a black hole, he will have a very different experience from a normal playthrough, and instead of normal win and loss conditions, he will be offered a choice between the ultimate reward, and the ultimate sacrifice. Ofcourse, being ultimately selfish, he chooses the reward, and later becomes the monster we see here.
