It's nice, but would be better if you had a commentary of what you are using and doing; or add a text in the video. You could have also given a description in the comments below. Why did you use the hair dryer?

with that kind of glue, it might take like a couple hours to cure for handling.. and 24 hours to fully cure. the hair dryer I'm guessing would have sped up the curing of the outer part of the glue creating a sort of skin.. so when he put it back into the gear and turned it it would still be able to impression the teeth front the main gear without any of the liquid glue corrupting the main gear. that's my guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Introduction: Broken Gear Repair
    MuchadaFab C.
Simple way to fix broken gear
Step 1: Materials Needed to Fix Broken Gear
you need a plastic steel epoxy, Popsicle stick, any mixing medium for your epoxy mixture and brush and detergent soap or dish washing liquid.
    Step 2: Cleaning
Be sure that your gear is free from oil and dust. use dish washing or powdered soap and brush to clean the gear
    Step 3: Epoxy Mixture
mix the two compound and apply it on the broken area.
    Step 4: Curing
wait for an hour for the epoxy to begin hardening, since initially the epoxy is not hard enough and the epoxy is flowing slowly. You'll need to take care to monitor the flowing of the epoxy to make sure it doesn't flow over to other areas and get stuck in unwanted areas of the gear
    Step 5: Molding the Teeth
you'll first need to put some grease or some other material on the other mating gear so that the epoxy will not stick to that other gear during this process.
After an hour the resin will begin to harden to a consistency like a clay, at which time you can position the new mold gear in its gear partner, rotate slowly to adapt the teeth of the other gear. rotate it slowly till the rotation will fit fully to each gear.
    Step 6: Total Curing
remove the gear to the gear box assembly and allow it to fully cure in a well ventilated area for a day.
    Step 7: Cured Epoxy Gear
Install the hardened gear in the gear box, reassemble the parts.

I absolutely hate it when the person is too shy to provide a voiced commentary of the procedure.
I gave up after 30 seconds and looked elsewhere.
